My carers are always polite and well presented. They respect my dignity at all times, and my wishes. They go beyond being a carer and more like a friend when coming into my home.

I have been very pleased with all the care I have received from the carers at Ashton Care. My only problem is when I don't have the carers I know, but this is not often.
My carers are always cheerful and professional. It is a pleasure to have their assistance.

Ashton carers have been looking after my husband in varying degrees for almost 4 years helping with showering, exercising, incontinence and Dementia with a very cheerful attitude every visit no matter what the day was like. They would always treat him with dignity and respect even if he occasionally
wasn't respectful to them. They were nice and friendly. He really enjoyed the chats with them and with his dry sense of humour there was always banter going back and forth it cheered up the visits for him and me as well as it gave me a laugh just to hear them. My husband was put on end-of-life care in January and I want to praise the level of care, compassion and kindness that they treated him with as he drifted many times near to death but always bounced back until sadly he passed away in October. They always explained fully everything they were going to be doing to him and asked if it was ok so as not to cause him distress. We both appreciated them very much and fully recommend them.

Feel the carers are friendly and helpful but do not get very much time from visit to visit for what we pay, same as the elderly like companionship over everything.

The agency is good and the carers are great. The carers come in all weather and road disruptions, they have made every appointment and never missed a visit. The carers are polite and interested in you and their client. They are friendly and helpful in all they do.

My wife was a client of Ashton's for 3 1/2 years.
I found the carers very professional in their work and extremely sensitive in tending my wife's needs. I was also a client as I used their services for domestic cleaning. Apart from their professional duties they were always very cheerful and
friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ashton to anyone who needed their services.

My father enjoys the visit from the Ashton care team. He looks forward to seeing the girls as it gives him the oppurtunity to have a chat.

Ashton Care have always provided my mother with a wonderful service.
My mum considers the carers as her friends and always looks forward to their visits. The carers treat my mother with the utmost respect and care which is so reassuring for our family.

Ashton Domiciliary Care have looked after my Father on a daily basis for the past 4 years. I trust they have his welfare front of mind. They are prompt to answer the phone when I call about any issue and I feel the basics are taken care of. My father is challenging and they appear to handle him with
respect and dignity.

All Ashton care staff treated my mum with dignity and respect, she felt like they were all her sisters. My thanks to all the staff who always went above and beyond. All the staff are compassionate and the manager has a very hands-on approach. I would recommend Ashton Care highly to anyone that
requires care for their loved ones.

My experience of the care by this company has always been positive. The carers and staff are efficient and friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Any niggles or minor problems have been solved in a good way.

The carers are marvellous. I have no complaints. They make me feel good. They spend time listening. Nothing is too much trouble.

Very pleased with all that the carers do. They keep a check on the levels of prescribed medication and remind me to get repeat prescriptions. The carers have a warm approach which my mum looks forward to together with a "nice chat". My mum is always left in a comfortable position. I wouldn't
hesitate to recommend Ashton Domiciliary to care for anyone. Also good that they fill a timetable, which is kept to - very reliable.
