From the first meeting to discuss care for my dad, I have found Blue Bird to be an excellent Care Provider.
Communication is fantastic and they give regular reviews to see if there is anything more they can do and if you are happy with the care given. Anything I have wanted added to my dad's care
plan, it has been done straight away. The Carers that I have met have always been very professional, polite and in full uniform. They treat my father with dignity.
The out of hours messaging system is fantastic and we get a reply really quickly from the office. The carers are really good with notes on the open pass so we know exactly how my father is after every call.
My experience of the care given by Blue Bird staff is exceptional. I would definitely recommend them to others without hesitation.

I was introduced to the new manager, previously there had not been one for months. I had no real issues with the company in general I am happy with everything except a lot of staff wear false or acrylic nails and varnish which frighten me for skin problems. No one steps them.

We can't recommend the Bluebird team highly enough! They are so helpful and approachable and feel more like friends helping us with mum's care. Nothing is too much trouble and It's such a relief knowing they are there 24/7 for any problems that may arise. Thank you Bluebird! We can 100% recommend

The care provided by the Bluebird team is excellent. The staff are very friendly, polite, patient and reassured my mum (aged 101) is in safe hands. The staff are always going above and beyond their remit when attending to Mum's needs. They also spent time chatting with Mum, which is a massive
positive for her mental wellbeing.

Bluebird Care have been able to come and care for my husband at a very difficult time. The help of their staff has been invaluable to both of us. Unused to asking for help, we found the transition to accept care made easy. It all worked out extremely easy and well organised.

I’ve found the staff very helpful and caring during this difficult time. I live 2 hours away which the staff are aware of and keep me in the loop over my mum's care and have supported me to get extra care. The staff are aware of my mother's need and try to facilitate these and have looked at working
around during the Covid lockdowns.
