Prestige carers supported a disabled client of mine in her home for 18 months. The branch manager, was always responsive, very focused on the client's best interests and making sure that her support requirements were met. The carers were kind and managed the client through, at times, difficult situations. I was able to have calls and meeting with the team outside of their care hours to support the process and the branch manager was always on the other end of a telephone. Thank you for everything!

Prestige carers supported my mother at home for a few years starting with a bath twice a week until she needed 4 visits a day. Always genuinely kind to her and respectful, Mum was fond of all her "girls" and enjoyed a chat. Even though sometimes there was a lot to be done the carers were skilled at making Mum feel at ease, completing all the tasks including personal care, meals, medication and their notes. I think they communicate well with the office if there were any new problems and I always knew someone was at the end of the phone if there was a problem. I've heard people say care work is basic and needs few qualifications but the skills, compassion and energy these particular carers have is priceless and meant Mum stayed well at home for as long as possible.

Excellent care company with committed professional carers delivering exemplary care to my mother. This is a respected and underrated profession showing extreme compassion and optimum level of care for little reward. Just clearly demonstrates that your carers are driven by their desire to help the vulnerable rather than financial gain. My mother is currently in hospital. However, should she return home I will not hesitate to reinstate you. Thank you for looking after my mum.

We needed evening care for my father-in-law after being in temporary respite care in a care home and Prestige care were quick to set things up so that he could go home. They have provided excellent care.

A small, friendly team who are efficient, sensitive and kind in their approach. They are very diligent and observant in reporting changes or concerns in situations relating to the physical or mental states of the client (my mother) and my father as a carer.

Speedy service sourcing urgent care particularly when carers are hard to find these days. Staff has been supremely fast, efficient and empathetic and has provided two wonderful pop-in carers at very short notice. Both are professional, kind and understood our remit with regard to my parent's requirements and needs. Delighted with the service and quality of carers. Highly recommend.

My cousin has nothing but praise for the two ladies that attended to her while she bathed. Both ladies showed her kindness and went ‘over and above’ their duties. She was advised well in advance of any changes to her scheduled visit and Prestige made sure the same two ladies attended her. Can’t praise them enough.

Prestige Nursing & Care (Banbury) are the best carers my father has had over the last 5 years. The carers are kind, on time, gentle, willing and respectful. I wish there were more of them so we could have them for the evening care too. The office staff are always helpful and obliging on the phone. I would recommend Prestige to anyone, if all care companies could be run as well as this one and get paid more it would make the world of difference to how the elderly are cared for. Well done to you all and a huge thank you.

We called upon Prestige Nursing & Care (Cherwell) towards the end of my dad's life as we needed some waking night care. Unfortunately, we only needed three visits from the carers but both girls were so lovely, friendly, caring and professional, treating dad with great dignity. We were so happy to leave them overnight to take over Dad's care so that we were able to have a good night's sleep. We would definitely recommend Prestige Nursing & Care (Cherwell) and use them again if it ever became necessary. Thank you so very much.

The family would like to thank everyone at LifeCarers for giving our mother excellent care. Several of the carers made a positive impact on her life when it was for her a difficult time. The team made every endeavour to cater to her changing needs as her health deteriorated. Thank you.

I am really grateful to everyone at LifeCarers. Everyone here is very kind and caring as well as very professional. I find it very reassuring that all of the carers get the proper training for the client's individual needs. They are the first company to give the carers epilepsy training. The reason that they are an excellent company is because they care enough to do everything properly!

From our initial approach through to the daily provision of care, LifeCarers has proven to be faultless and indispensable. All the staff, including admin, are friendly, cheerful, professional and considerate. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I always knew having carers would make a difference, I just didn’t realise how much of a difference - it’s huge. I know the carers that come and have a rapport with them, we laugh too. Having the same carers helps an awful lot, it means I don't have to try to explain things - which I struggle doing and I like knowing the person who's coming. When I’m particularly unwell, they are very supportive, kind and understanding. It’s more than this though, much more. I have many allergic reactions, the agency and carers accommodate this by not wearing any perfumes or strong scents - I don’t have to worry about it. Plus, they make suggestions to help. Having LifeCarers gives me peace of mind and helps me manage my complex health, very grateful to them.

Since coming home from hospital in January of last year 2018, following a stroke my husband has had carers from LifeCarers Cherwell who have been consistently supportive, friendly, cheerful, caring, competent and timely in meeting my husband's needs, even managing to arrive on time during difficult weather conditions. Similarly, everyone we've spoken with in the office has been very approachable, considerate and caring in dealing with our requests or needs. We would happily recommend LifeCarers to families with loved ones who need care whether in companionship or in meeting personal physical needs.

I have been helping as a live-in carer to the client for over four years and during that time have always used 'Life Carers' to cover my breaks (2 hours) during the day. To begin with I have always found their timekeeping to be excellent and the care given to the client has been outstanding, always arriving with smiles and the client is happy to see them. Keep up the great work and thank you.

I received excellent service from several carers, all of whom were excellent. They responded to my needs, were warm, calm, friendly and so efficient, always ready to take on an unusual task. When the record 'lovely chat' I trust its recognised how important it is and that they are ready to share what's important to me and to give of themselves whatever they recognise of interest, I am very sorry to have moved away from the area.
