I have been with Care Promise Ltd for the last 8 years, and I am very happy with the service I receive. My carers are very caring and supportive. They always help me with my personal care and make sure my needs are understood and met. The carers know exactly what support I need and they provide it
with kindness, respect, and patience. They are always there to help and make me feel comfortable and well looked after. I really appreciate the support they give me and I am grateful for the care I receive from Care Promise Ltd.

The staff are always kind, helpful, and caring, and they go above and beyond to help.I would definitely recommend Care Promise to anyone who needs this kind of support and service. They provide excellent service.

Happy with service given. The continuity of regular known carers is a much better way to go. My husband is not happy when young girls training seeing. Him being washed. Finds it very embarrassing, appreciate the fact they do have to be trained, in this case prefer it not to occur.

Care Promise has always handled any issues we have had with respect and due diligence.
The care staff on the whole are very respectful and my father seems to get on with them quite well.
On the whole the staff seem to be able to manage my father well and have recently had to devise ways of getting
him to take his medication and personal care as he refuses from time to time.

Care Promises provide me with great care. They provide me with all the support that I need to stay as healthy mentally and physically as I possibly can, and they enable me to live a good and independent life. The lady I have at the moment is very reliable, respectful and very proficient in all
aspects of my care needs - she's also great with my two little dogs too, and they love her.

The care that my mum receives from Care Promise Ltd is excellent. All the carers show care, kindness, compassion and are reliable and supportive of all her needs. Their care/support are 100%! And staff/management are excellent.

Some of the staff are very poor. Keep telling the company this, but they still send inadequate staff out. I'm sorry, but there are a lot of staff who shouldn't be in this job. They do not have a caring approach to their clients. There are a couple of staff who are exceptional at their other job.

I am extremely pleased with this company, I have had a few companies before and decided to care for my Mum myself, after respite care I decided to let them do the weekends to give me a break, then after a while they became full time as my Mum really liked them and they were and still are fantastic
at what they do, spend time with her chatting, they are kind and caring and go at my Mums pace.

Having used another company last year who we were no longer happy with, we decided on Care Promise to began in January 2025. We felt that the company cared about its service users and that has certainly been the case. If you call the office, the whole team seems to be aware of all their clients and
any problem is addressed straight away.
My mother really appreciates the continuity of staff and the timing of visits has been very good, she is much happier since she moved care company. I'm also reassured that she is being well looked after and I don't have to worry.
All in all, we are very pleased with Care Promise.

Overall satisfied with care provided. Would have given 5 stars for Overall satisfaction but Mum has had some difficulty with the changing times of the morning visits in particular. Since we have used your care service they have normally been between 7.15am and 7.45am which is perfect but for some
reason they suddenly started taking place at 7.00am which is too early for Mum.
Also, Mum likes continuity of regular carers and although we appreciate it's not always possible she has noticed less continuity in the past two months. Carers are friendly efficient and respectful.

Now that my mother's dementia is progressing, I would prefer to have a written report detailing what she has eaten and any care that was provided to her.
She doesn't say very much about her carers, just that they have been to see her.
While her granddaughter is there, we can monitor her eating
and drinking, but when her granddaughter is at work, we would value information on her requirements when she is alone.

Care coordinator was so efficient and put together a package for my elderly friend so quickly; all the staff are extremely respectful and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. They have been a saviour. Thank you!

I find all the staff very kind, helpful and caring nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend Care promise (all staff) to anybody that needs this kind of help and service. Excellent.

In general, visits are good but on occasion, they can feel a little rushed. Time of visit usually ok.

Generally happy with the service. Has one main carer who is excellent but another carer who arrives late and has recently attended with a heavy cold which is a risk to my father who recently had pneumonia is treated with respect and dignity.

The care team providing support to my mother has been excellent. The care workers are very professional in approach, but at the same time, they have established a good rapport with my mother. They handle her medication and have been very good at checking up when it comes to meal times as she is
quite forgetful these days.
I value this service greatly as it gives my mother the chance to remain in her own home. It isn't always easy to know just what is needed, but the team takes time and has patience. This support is very much appreciated.

Their care and treatment of dad is super, good time-keeping too. I was called when the carer of the day thought dad "was not his usual self". This is excellent and we knew if anything was wrong or unusual as it would be noticed and passed on.

Very pleasant, well mannered and extremely helpful. They would do anything for me if I needed them to. My legs are not very good. The girls go out the way to be my legs. They also assist elsewhere including helping me with my mental illness and incapacities. Very pleased and they also give me a lot
of moral support without knowing it.
