My brother has been with Care Wyvern now for about 6years and they are an amazing team of dedicated, caring professionals. My brother's care over the years has changed dramatically for the team and they just take it all in their stride, even having to go through extra training because of these changing needs. If any problems occur, I know I can call the management team and they will deal with it quickly and efficiently and put my worries to rest. The care team will stay with my brother their full allotted time, sitting, chatting and laughing with him making sure he is comfortable and happy before they leave which gives me complete peace of mind. Over the last few months they have gone above and beyond in their care of my brother and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs polite, thoughtful and friendly carers.

Have moved to Taunton and although care provision was a worry the arrangements made by Care Wyvern were spot on smooth transfer. The carers are on time, offer great service and care. Can always message by email or via the app and receive quick response. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Carewyvern is an outstanding company. Been with them for many years now. They are all polite, thoughtful, and very friendly. Carers are amazing. Considerate and profesional at all times. I had a problem when a carer turned up the other day and she was so nice, made me feel at ease spoke to me through out her work. Nothing was to much for her. She made sure i was happy before she left. All in all i would highly recomend carewyvern

I have been receiving care from Carewyvern for over twenty years. The carers are all very professional and kind. It makes you feel secure knowing they are there to support you lead an independent life as possible. Any problems and they go over and above to help you out. The management are also very helpful and willing to do their best to meet your needs

We have nothing but praise for the carers, they treat my husband with extra care and if I ask them to do something, they will do it for him. We are 100% pleased with his care.

Until now, we have had three other care providers, we feel like we have hit the jackpot with Care Wyvern. The care has been exemplary. The carers are respectful to my disabled, elderly mother. Respectful of my house and always ask me if there is anything else they can do for us before leaving. Even though Mum has vascular dementia they chat with her, make her laugh and genuinely care for her. If you are looking for a care company, I highly recommend Care Wyvern.

After using Care Wyvern for some months now I am very pleased with the care provided for my wife. The staff are very professional and easy to speak to and get on with. We always know the time they are due to call and their time-keeping is very good. Always smartly dressed and do a really good job. I hope they carry on giving the same care to my wife as they have done in the past. A very good care provider.

I started with Care Wyvern three years ago. During that time, the service has been superb. When I first came out of hospital I was unable to do anything but now the range of movement is much greater - almost as I could hope - I have MS so movement is limited. I doubt whether such an improvement would have been possible if anyone else had been of help to me. Many thanks to Care Wyvern and all its employees!

All carers have been kind, flexible and professional. I feel that they have wanted to not only know my needs but get to know me as a person. Care Wyvern has had a huge, positive effect on my life.

I have used Care Wyvern for some years now. They are a very friendly and professional company. My carers know that, because of my ill health, I cannot always talk much. They find out my requirements and get on with what needs to be done. They are so cheerful and helpful. They always cheer me up if I am down in the dumps. The office staff and supervisors are also great. If I have a query or issue, it is dealt with promptly, cheerfully and professionally.

Where I am now is due to Care Wyvern. Still in the family home, which gives me some beautiful memories. I don't remember how long they've been coming; all I know is it's a long time. I would recommend them to anybody.

Efficient, friendly, professional, punctual, much better than the previous care company. Also small enough to care as not too many staff.

An excellent "care provider" who goes the extra step to ensure all aspects are covered. Moreover, nothing is too difficult for Care Wyvern to address and resolve. I have been continually impressed with the staff (carers to management) with their dedication to duty and the support/care they offer to their clients.

I have needed a lot of care following serious health problems 4-years ago. I have used Care Wyvern for the last 18-months. Everything that I hoped for has been provided to me both in terms of personal care and management and admin back-up. I have had various spells in the hospital, but the care did not match what Care Wyvern provides. The care given has ensured that hospital admissions are kept to a minimum. I look forward to their visits.
