The care and Support provided by Caring Care was exceptional! From the professionalism , compassion of booking moms care , they listened and understood the requirements not just of mom but also of Dad who is her usual carer. The care was always on time and consistent , personal, attentive, and
respectful of both mom at her time of need but also of them as a couple facing the what could feel uncomfortable having strangers in their home. The carers gave fantastic care , were always happy and very kind
Thank you to all the managers who planned , organised and supported my mom's care package! Would I recommend Caring Care - Yes to absolutely to anyone who needs them either for short or long term use! So much so mom and dad's neighbour is now using the service! Well done caring care in what is a tough industry you are showing that you put people first , your team are exceptional

Wonderful personal care and support was provided to my mom right up to the end. The team were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and they integrated fully with the family. Mom was always happy to see the carers who were kind and gentle and always professional. Special mention for Sam and
Perveen.

My mom is bedridden with dementia. She has carers 4x daily. Caringcare are excellent. My mom is treated with respect and dignity. They make it possible for my mom to stay living in her own home their care towards her is always very respectful. They go above and beyond in all aspects of care. Cannot
thank them enough for all they do.

We had 24 hour care for 3 days for my 95 year old mother while she was waiting to go into a rehabilitation centre. All the carers that we met who looked after my mother were very efficient, kind, respectful and considerate. They did a great job. I highly recommend using Caring Carers.

Although the carers were only there for a short period of time, I am very pleased with the service given.
My mother may need your services again when she is discharged from hospital.
Can you tell me how much it would cost for 24 hour care per week if I were to use your service privately.

In our absence we have no concerns about mom being in your very capable care.
Mom is happy, comfortable and warm.
The visits are timely and care is thorough.

My husband came out from hospital in February.the carers from this company was absolutely wonderful Are caring,friendly and kind .we definitely recommend.i highly appreciated the efforts of regular carers as well as management .

I found the service provided exceptional the carers are very understanding polite and punctual, which allows us to get on with other things we have to do throughout the day.

The service I have been given for my father in law has been very efficient, when problems have been detected with his health I have been contacted promptly. Staff at the office have always been friendly and helpful with any change that has been needed with his care package.

Overall mum's had a really positive experience. She's had variable experiences with other care companies, which left her reluctant to try a new provider when she needed extra support following a fall at home. Caring Care matched mum with two very supportive, kind carers who make mum feel happy and
comfortable to receive ongoing care. My mum is fiercely independent and it is no mean feat for her to accept this kind of help long-term. Mum has one 30-minute visit in the morning, which sets her up for the day and means she's not too tired to see to her own needs for the rest of the day. It was helpful to know that mum could have fewer and/or shorter visits if she chose to. One issue with an incompatible carer covering for mum's regular ladies was swiftly and satisfactorily resolved. The office staff are also kind, efficient and responsive. I would definitely recommend Caring Care.

I find Caring Care ltd very good. My care is perfect and the care staff are wonderful. My carers look after me very well and I wish to thank 2 carers who in my mind are excellent and should go far.

Having broken my left elbow and being on my own, I was scared and worried as to how I would manage my basic needs. So when I was allocated carers to come in the morning and evening, to help me wash, change and do my hair was a god send. I could not have managed without this help. The lady carers
were very professional but down to earth and genuine. I applaud the work carers do as you need a person with specific skills to do this role. They made me feel at ease, helped with my caring needs and were very nice and polite. I can't thank them enough for their assistance during the months when it was most needed.

I find the care.excellemt.from ypur carers.who work for caring care.cant fault them.without Our carers my life would be very stressfull without carers atleast i got my litle bit time for myself when carers are with my husband

Care in care has been very helpful to me, the office staff are always happy to help. The carers are also very good especially my regular carer who is always more than happy to help or have a chat depending on what I need.

My mother is very pleased with the ongoing care she is receiving from yourselves.
The carers are punctual and respectful at all times.
The service from the office is also very efficient with calls answered and issues resolved promptly.

The carers are very helpful and caring and always very polite towards my mom who has Alzheimer's and it's very useful that caring carers always ring to check in and make sure that we are happy with the support and the service that they are providing I would definitely recommend this company they go
above and beyond.

My grandmother speaks very highly of the carers that visit her, any small problems have been dealt with very quickly and the management stay in contact with family. Never had any major concerns and have always walked into a clean home after the carers have been.
