Absolutely disgusting! carers constantly refusing to go in because of aggitation of a man that is in late stages of dementia, asking what his background was like. He was the most gentle caring considerate man, not an aggressive bone in his body never even rasied his voice! Refuse to leave him food
when hes agitated saying its force feeding but yet he is unable to make himself anything. Do a 4 min call when hes allocated 45 mins. Never help him clean up or get him milk if hes run out. His quirk in Dementia is saying No No No to absolutely anything, that doesn't mean his basic needs should be left unmet. As a family this is also brand new to us, this time last year he was perfectly fine and now this. They are meant to be supporting us to support him! I have footage from outside of the apartments he lives in (not our cctv its the buildings) or carers laughing at him! CQC will be involved first thing in the morning! And to top it off, the care company are not answering the phone!
