We find the care agency and carers to be excellent. The carers provide high-quality care to my son and treat him with dignity and respect. The management at the care agency is approachable and works hard to make sure my son has appropriate care.

I am very pleased with the care from all the carers and management. They are always willing to help and nothing is too much trouble. The management at Excellcare are always on the end of the phone with advice information and care and keeps me informed of any problems.

Excelcare provide me with the reassurance that my mum is always given the best care in my absence.
They help to accommodate all of my requests, which enables me to have respite and carry out tasks such as food shopping.
The carers all do a great job!
They have a great relationship with Mum. They
treat her with dignity, care, respect and love.

I would highly recommend Excelcare Homecare. The management and caring staff always go that extra mile to make sure your loved ones are cared for in a dignified and professional way. Always cheerful and positive, even in the most challenging situations (which is such a relief). I found the carers to
be diligent, efficient and totally devoted to their profession, a pleasure to deal with and, most importantly, I feel totally reassured that Mum is in totally safe hands with the carers from Excelcare Homecare. Excellent!

I am glad of the opportunity to put in writing what excellent care your staff member has taken of me. Her axiom when she arrived was "This is teamwork" to help my recovery and it was. She performed her duties with dignity and sensitivity. She was supportive, understanding, and motivating when
necessary. The staff at the office were all so always available for backup, support and reassurance. I cannot convey enough how important your service is and how much I appreciate your high standards.
