I cannot fault the team that cared for my Dad over the last 2 years . There was a great connection between family and team. They showed kindness ,respect, support not only to Dad but to Mum aswell. We all had a giggle together Dad loved to have his leg pulled,it made his day ."On behalf of Dad and
family I would like to say " A huge Thankyou for making our Dad and Husband smile". Quite sad.

As a carer for my husban, who has had heart surgery and two strokes, I have been very grateful for the help that carers support have put in place via Lauriem. Recently I have had knee surgery and used Lauriem in a private capacity. They were prompt in arranging this and the carers extremely helpful.
It is also extremely helpful to have a regular carer who is aware of jobs that are required.

From the first visit of my first carer, I knew I had made the right decision to use this company. My care plan was totally adhered to and the service provided was excellent, the prices charged were great value and all the staff who attended to me were kind and supportive. My dignity was maintained
throughout and I was given great encouragement at all times. I highly recommend Lauriem to anyone looking for a professional personal care team.

Dad's comments - always: Courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, attentive to client's needs, polite/friendly/jovial, reliable, thorough, reassuring, supportive and helpful, excellent team and the new carers always check the plan.

I would prefer to have a carer at similar times daily, ideally at around 8:30 am. I appreciate the difficulties that you have, in reality, it's only a minor issue. Otherwise, I find your staff helpful and generally a pleasure to see.

Carers for the most part are kind, friendly and cheerful. The new young carer at Caesar Court is outstanding. Some are kind but gormless one or two could not care less. Generally, though the carers are good. Time slots are chaotic and annoying, billing is a disaster and must improve. More
flexibility of care/help is needed in Caeser Court as residents are deteriorating in health and with age.

The care workers are polite, pleasant, and caring to both myself and my partner. They are considerate to both our needs which is very important. They carry out their tasks with dignity and respect at all times. The office staff do their utmost to keep consistency with regular care workers and are
very pleasant and helpful when contacted.

We approached Lauriem six months ago when it became apparent that my aunt needed additional home support. Not living locally to my aunt they made a difficult situation easier to cope with. As time progressed we asked for additional services. They are punctual and always treat my aunt with respect
and patience. Communication between Lauriem and me is good and problems are immediately notified and dealt with. First-class service and everyone's efforts are very much appreciated.

All the carers are very friendly and professional, they look after all Mum's needs in every way, Mum always looks forward to seeing them and having a chat. They always keep me posted if there is a problem or a change in any way. Mum and I always appreciate your hard work and dedication. Thank you

I am electric wheelchair-bound and required a hoist for transferring to bed/wheelchair and back. Without exception all my carers are excellent. They are professional and most importantly they are pleasant company. I need full support including attending to pressure sores. I simply could not manage
without their assistance.

We have used Lauriem Complete Care several times in the past few years. They have always provided a good and reliable service for my husband while we are on holiday in Deal.

Personal care: Carers are very helpful and polite, making me feel more secure and safer. I like the continuity with the carers I know.
Domestic: Very helpful and carers do what I ask. Takes the pressure off for me to do everything myself.
Finance in the company is very poor with several errors and
delays in collecting payments.
