Nightingales were understanding from the very beginning. They called back when they said they would. Communication with them was excellent. Our carer was kind, discreet and helpful. The support from the nurse in their team was excellent and her professional guidance helped get my father back on his
feet.

I will give you the exact 2 reasons we chose Nightingales as our live in care agency after speaking with numerous other agencies. 1. Something Nightingales doesn't advertise enough - they are a family run business founded by Sally (a nurse) ~20 years ago. Sally is still in the company doing home
visits as a nurse, having passed the management to others, and was one of our main contacts. 2. It was obvious that Sally and Tim (operations guy) would do whatever was needed to create a care structure that would work for us. Sally trained our carer (Matuipi) in specific complex care needs (like oxygen management) that other agencies were adding expensive premiums to their fees for, whilst keeping to their simple fixed fee structure. I've found them the most fair of all the agencies I've dealt with.
I am SO grateful we found Sally and Tim, they found us an amazing carer (Matuipi) who took excellent care of my dad. They're the best agency I spoke to by far, I cannot sing their praises enough!

Superb caring warm person- can't find any faults.

With management have mostly had very quick and to the point answers to my questions.
The carers have been to my mothers liking and they are always polite and caring towards both our mother and family members.
The daily tasks and activities are carried out efficiently and nicely according to our
wishes.

We were delighted to find Nightingales, we needed to get full time care in place at very short notice and Sally and Tim were amazing. We could not have asked for a kinder carer who cared for Nan until she sadly passed away. The communication was amazing and they went above and beyond to help at a
very difficult time. We can not recommend them highly enough. The most important thing is Nan was treated with the upmost respect and dignity.

I have been so delighted and relieved to have found Nightingales. After receiving dreadful care from a previous agency we were considering putting my mother into a care home as we had no other experience to compare it with. Thankfully, Nightingales have been everything one would expect from live-in
care. The office have excellent communication and when they say they will get something done they do it, and the carers have been just fantastic. They are committed and attentive and actively trying to help my mother recover from a brain abscess and not just sitting on their phones ignoring her. They have also been totally transparent about their costs and I love that they really look after their carers first and foremost, which shows in the level of care you receive from them. They are always suggesting ways to help my mother improve and I can finally trust and relax knowing she is being very well looked after. I would highly recommend this company!

We have received excellent support from Nightingales since my son has been in his own property and needed 24-hour care. Management and carers offer prompt responses to any concerns presented to them. Kind and considerate at all times. No complaints!

I can't praise Nightingales enough. I'm really pleased and happy with everything they do to support and help Mum. She is very complimentary about them all. The team are excellent, would definitely recommend them to anyone else requiring this service.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Nightingales. Once we'd had a couple of visits from Mum's new carer-to-be, Mum felt more relaxed with her. We were also supported with a visit from the clinical lead to assess Mum's needs and along with the carer who was going to be looking
after Mum. We felt that Mum was being looked after very well, and the carer was gentle but very attentive to Mum's needs and we felt happy that Mum was in her care while we were away. What was fantastic was that it enabled us to have a holiday together as sisters, which we'd not been able to do for the last couple of years as either one of us is looking after Mum. So Nightingales' support was invaluable. We also have a weekly day visit from another wonderful member of their team and we rate her highly too. Thank you Nightingales and your team.

We changed our care providers to Nightingale a few months ago and my Father, who is the main carer for our elderly Mum who has advanced dementia, is delighted with the service.
All the carers are very attentive to Mum and extremely kind and patient.
Wonderful people providing a wonderful service.

I've been with many agencies and Nightingales Golden Care is by far the best I've been with. They listen, they are kind and if I need something adapted to my care plan they don't have a problem with doing it for me. I'm treated like a human. A lot of carers find it difficult to get off the devices
and adjust from previous placement. They are lovely because they take the time to get to know me and listen to me and don't just disregard my feelings and give up on me, that's one of the things I like about them, they treat me like a friend and a client because she gives me advice and helps me when I'm feeling sad. I appreciate that where a lot of my previous agencies would not give two hoots and see the pain I've been through, she looks at the positive in me, not the negative I would recommend Nightingales to any clients that need help and assistance.

The carers who have been visiting my mother for the past 18 months have been very caring and friendly. Mum has come to rely on her regular carers for help and support especially when I am away from home. I cannot fault the carers themselves.
However, I have not found the office/support staff to be
of such a high standard and often have felt them to be lacking.

Nightingales Golden Care have been providing live-in care for Mum for the past 7 months following her stroke last year. I cannot praise Mum's carer enough for the exemplary care that she provides for her every single day. She goes above and beyond in all her care for her and is absolutely amazing.
I have peace of mind knowing that Mum is being looked after so well and knowing that all her needs and wishes are being put first. Nothing is too much trouble for her carer and I feel happy knowing that Mum feels safe, reassured and comfortable at all times under her supervision and care. All the staff at Nightingales are so friendly and helpful. They really do care about all their clients. Their care, support and attention it has made it possible for Mum to stay in her own home, which means so much to her and all the family.
