I have worked for care agencies and have had the pleasure of having Nightingales care agency attend my mother and father for approximately 7-8 years. I cannot fault, not one of the carers that attended, and still does, for my mother and father. They have all gone above and beyond, which is truly amazing. They all have empathy and embrace the situations as they arise with dignity, respect and care. No other agency, in my eyes, can ever match this standard of care. Always have the same carers, never different faces! Truly grateful for who they are and what they do. Excellent agency !

Nightingales having been caring for both my in-laws since the beginning of January 2025. Well where do I start, we could not be happier with the wonderful service Nightingales provide, they are an amazing, kind, caring, and a very well led company. They have completely taken the stress away from us as a family, who now give twice daily visits to my in-laws. All important information is always fed back to us and all care information can also be viewed via the online App, this is invaluable for us, especially as we do not live around the corner. Nothing is too much to ask, and this kind of service is rare to find! Absolutely 5 stars to Nightingales!

I'm very happy with the care that my uncle has received. Nothing is too much trouble for the carers and they provide such an amazing service. I do not know how we would manage without them. I know he is in safe hands so do not worry about him being on his own. I no longer have sleepless nights worrying about him. With Nightingale's care my uncle has been able to stay in his own home. They treat him like a family member and his care is amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending Nightingales to anyone whose loved one needs care in their own home.

Nightingale Services have been providing in-home support for my 93-year-old aunt for the past year and I can't praise them highly enough. All their carers seem diligent, friendly and trustworthy and are very skilled at dealing with people in a caring and compassionate way. Above all they have been totally reliable which for me is such an important consideration. Quite simply without their highly-valued support and five-star service, my aunt could not continue to live in her home. Great job.

All of my Moms carers are amazing, they see to her needs, listen to what she has to say and act quickly on reporting any problems. They discuss with her such things as what she would like for dinner etc. they go above and beyond their normal duties. Most importantly they make conversation with her, talking about their lives, children etc, she thinks of them as her friends.

Nightingales have been looking after my Nan for over a year now. They have become more like family than carers. My Nan absolutely loves them and looks forward to her visits from one of the members of staff and the other girls. They go above and beyond to make sure my Nan is comfortable and safe. And my Nan said they have a good laugh and she always feels better when they have been. I honestly can't recommend them enough and wouldn't trust anyone else to look after my Nan. I feel they are the best care company I have ever come across. They are so professional kind and caring and are always accommodating when they can be. Thank you nightingales for looking after my Nan. 5*****

The service provided by Nightingales's overall is excellent. With regular communication between the service provider and family , the process of looking after dad has eased the stress of looking after our loved one, and ensuring dad has all he needs. I would recommend Nightingales's to any family with confidence knowing that your loved ones will be cared for with grace, compassion and patience.

My mum was under the care of Nightingales for about a year and a half until October 2024. All the girls were kind, caring, efficient, thoughtful and, above all, so cheerful and comforting when talking to my mum. Even when the odd need arose to call the office, whoever answered the phone did so speedily and was so easy and lovely to talk to. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services and I'm very happy that they were introduced to me at a time when we needed them most. A huge thank you to all the Nightingales staff!

Nightingale’s lovely carers visited our mother twice and then eventually three times a day to help our Dad cope with her dementia. We met several of the carers (all female) during the many months that they helped and they were all lovely. They were all very positive and cheerful in their demeanour and were able to help Mum with respect and in a gentle, yet sometimes necessarily firm way. They were always on time and mostly stayed for the allotted time slots which is admirable in their very busy shift patterns. We appreciated their flexibility in last-minute cancelling when my sisters or I were able to be there to do the caring, sometimes at short notice. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Nightingales have been visiting my Mum since August 2022. I have had the pleasure of knowing some of them for some years now! My Mum was very settled when Nightingales took over her care. All the staff have been understanding as to her needs and she has looked forward to them visiting on a daily basis. I cannot praise them enough for their help, kindness and patience, they have been excellent in every way and I am so grateful to them for all they have done for my Mum, they also took a lot of the pressure off of me knowing she was in capable hands and safe and gave me peace of mind. Thank you Nightingales so much!

Nightingales have cared for my mother 2-3 times daily since January 2018. Mother has suffered the whole of this time from Alzheimer Disease. I have found their staff to be very caring and understanding towards her the whole time.

First of all my brother is with Nightingales getting the best care ever, they have been a credit to the company, they are all a very good team, they all work together and have such a wonderful bond. Now for the care they give to my brother, believe me, he can be a very awkward person and a bit of a hard nut to crack but the team seem to know in which direction they need to go with my brother so I know we as a family have no concerns as we know he is in safe hands. I live four and a half hours away from my brother, I have a mum who lives in the same town as me, she is in her 90s so as you can imagine I am quite torn between Lincolnshire and Essex but I never worry as I know my brother is in safe hands, he has had a few falls lately and one staff member has straight away phoned me to tell me and always tells me an ambulance is on their way or one of the carers are looking after him, we are absolutely over the moon with Nightingales, we know that my brother is in safe hands so thank you all.

Nightingale staff have been caring for my mother, who suffers from Parkinsons' Disease, for a few years now, and the care that she receives from all of them is contemporary. Both my brother and I live over 100 miles from our parents' home, and we are greatly reassured that the Nightingales staff are so friendly, understanding of our mother's needs, and really care for those in their charge. We were lucky enough to have Nightingales recommended to us and they were excellent. They cared and looked after my father for the last 8 months of his life. All the carers were so kind and helpful and Dad enjoyed their company. He looked forward to them coming round and really appreciated all they did. Their care was brilliant and they also brought a lot of cheer and and humour for Dad during difficult times. Nothing was ever to much trouble and it was always quick and straightforward in dealing with their office if anything needed to be changed or updated. We were very satisfied with Nightingales and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My dad did not want any more hospital stays and we promised him he could stay with us no matter what. We contacted Nightingales who were responsive and caring from the first phone call. All the carers were polite, professional and respectful. They always sought Dad’s opinion as to what he wanted and never spoke down to him. They always called him by his name and, although they had many other clients, they never rushed. At the beginning we did not know that my dad was at end of life. Not only was their care impeccable, they offered emotional support to me too. It was a hard time in my life and I know I could not have honoured my promise to Dad without Nightingales. I cannot thank each and every one of them enough.

Nightingales Services helped care for my mother in her later years. They gave wonderful support to both my mother and us, as a family. Their level of care and reliability was first class and they always found time to make my mother laugh. I know she enjoyed their visits and they enhanced her life. I am very grateful to all staff and the office, who were always very accommodating. At such a hard time of life when they are needed, they don't just give exceptional service, you know they actually care and want to make a difference. Thank you.

My overall experience with Nightingales is one of total satisfaction, the caring attitude of all the care team was exemplary right up until my dear mother's passing. My mother had other care companies but Nightingales care team far excelled all others and my mother experienced her happiest times with the amazing team. I am happy to discuss further if required.

My father received wonderful care from Nightingales. They were always attentive and caring. They looked after him over a period of two years and he came to see them as friends. We couldn't have asked for better.

My mother had carers from this company since the Spring of 2022 until her death recently. The staff who supported my mum were absolutely lovely. They were kind and conscientious and punctual. They treated mum with the utmost gentleness when supporting her with her personal care and listened to any concerns either of my parents had about Mum's frail and deteriorating health. The Carers have on numerous occasions gone above and beyond and called for extra medical support for my mum and also helped in supplying or signposting for mum to receive additional personal care aids e.g. support cushions etc. My parents always felt respected and listened to. They always had time for a little chat and words of support.

Nightingales offer an excellent service in every respect, and we cannot thank them enough for their care, understanding and support for my late grandfather and our family. All really lovely people to welcome into your home at a difficult time. They helped to make my grandfather's last few days at home comfortable and enjoyable. The cheerful greetings, care and compassion on every visit were appreciated.

Nightingales have been looking after my Nan for over a year now. They have become more like family than carers.
