Review went well, carers are good, service is excellent. Issues with AM and PM time slots hopefully will get sorted.

The review was performed in a friendly and efficient manager, at a pace suitable for Mum, who played an active part in it. It was a good opportunity to reflect on what was going well and clarify a few of our expectations and requirements. We were then able to update the outcomes, as the ones from
the initial visit had been achieved.

I would just like to say how pleased I am with my care and how grateful I am to the carers who attend my calls. They go above and beyond for me, and Premier Care should be very proud of themselves to have a marvellous and extremely good team of carers.

The care that Penny has is above what we expected. A pleasant, warm reception all of the time. We are asked before they go if there's anything else that they can do for us. We look forward to the visits and feel comfortable in their company.

I feel as well as Ann that the service is working well, the carers are supportive and make Ann feel safe. It gives myself and Ann's son Martin comfort that the service is working well.

Carers are absolutely marvellous. Superb the people who arrange all runs need a bit more knowledge to fit carers to runs but as a whole the service is great.

Until recently everything ok but since new manager took over from different area the service has got worse, with no regard for clients' needs or wishes. It is like you are trying to get rid of us.

Since I've had Premier Community from 19th June 2024. I've had satisfactory and brilliant work from the carers. Everything that I've ticked below in the box, no complaints, very happy.

We've had Premier a few months now and I've seen such a change in my mum, she's looking much better and I know she's happier. Every single carer is beyond kind and helpful, the communication is excellent. My mind is now at rest knowing she is safe and cared for. I feel as though I have my mum back
now. I would highly recommend Premier to anyone needing care for their loved ones.

After 3 months of carers that had no compassion or respect for my father, Premier Community were recommended to me and thank goodness for that. From day one the carers have been compassionate and respectful with a clear understanding of client's needs. They are also very supportive of other family
members. A friendly and very professional service which has resulted in close family feeling less isolated and alone. They keep me informed of what's happening and I trust them all. We could not have wished for better carers or a better service.

Would highly recommend this company.
The care my dad received over a short period towards the end of his life was outstanding.
The communication between all levels of staff was excellent and was always prompt in dealing with any slight issues.
The carers went far and beyond their kindness care
commitment and professionalism was outstanding and always was consistent in their care. Unfortunately we lost our dad on New Year’s Eve so no longer need their services but we will be forever grateful for the service they provided.

Overall the carers are respectful and I wouldn't want to be without them. I am happy with the service and feel supported by management if I have to contact the office. I enjoy the visits and like to have a laugh with my carers.

From the first time I met a carer, so friendly yet professional. She came with a brochure from Premier and made me feel at ease.
We tried 3 other care agencies before Premier who was brought to us via our social worker and from the very first introduction to my husband soon he began to have a bit
of banter and he always looks forward to his carers coming. The carers take such good care of my husband that I began to relax and my back was healing nicely after my operation. It has taken a lot of strain off me.
Premier carers present themselves professionally both in appearances and how they work and conduct themselves with a smile on their faces. They have helped us so much, we don't feel so alone and isolated.
