We have been using Premier Care for several years and the service has always been 100% professional with the careers looking after my mother genuinely caring and offering support , during the years we have needed to call upon Premier Care for additional support and no request has been too much
trouble for the manager and her team and my mother would not be independent without the support of Premier care.

Excellent service prompt on time friendly , can't fault them so helpful with my mum & any problems are reported to office & they ring me straight away . The morning visit always put wash on if needed & tidy up the flat

Premier Care always deliver the best of care for my Mother.
All her carers are kind and considerate and always take the time to engage in social conversation providing much needed company and interaction.
She always looks forward to her carers attending, for both the care and the company they
provide.

Premier always have the best interest of my mothers wellbeing. Keeping me informed of her welfare both mental and physical. They help with many aspects of her daily life and enable her to remain independent.

Consistently very caring, friendly and capable care. Can't fault anything at all. Very respectful and kind to my father. He looked forward to his visits and they could raise a few smiles from him. They showed interest in him as a person and in his life, which all goes to making the experience

We are fortunate that we have the same carers so that my husband recognises who is looking after him. They know exactly how he likes things done which is important to him. They treat him with respect and at the same time make him laugh. We are hoping to increase the carers hours in the near future.

Premier have been overall so amazing and we have appreciated their care and dedication to my mum. We would recommend their care services and been using them for over 3 years. It's not been easy at times as mum needs have changed but they have adapted well to the changes.

My mother has dementia and was fiercely independent. She now needs care and refused help to start with but now looks forward to seeing the carers. Very professional, helpful, kind, caring people. Can't recommend them highly enough.

My cared for has had 2 years of excellent care and assistance from Premier carers. They are a great help in maintaining as much independence as possible. We don't know how things would have been without them but do know the scenario wouldn't have been as good as it is. Prevention is better than
hospital! Highly recommend without hesitation!

This review has been sent after my mother passed away in May. The staff have been very supportive and helped my mother twice a day since March 2023. Their kindness and reliability have ment we could leave mum in safe hands.

I could not recommend Premier enough, they provide peace of mind and go above and beyond to help. The carers are always professional and friendly - my mother looks forward to their daily visits which help her maintain her independence.
Communication is also strong so I am always confident Mum is
getting the best care possible.

We have been using Premier to help with mums' care for over 12 months now.
Two staff members in particular and all the carers are very attentive and professional. They always let us know of any concerns they may have and offer advice when we ask.
Mum looks forward to their visits and we can
always rely on the team to provide an excellent service.
We would highly recommend Premier Care to anyone looking for a care provider in this area.

Premium Care has looked after my wife who has Alzheimer's Dementia for the best part of 10 years
I have to say that my wife has had the best of care provided by Premium Care over this period time
From the office to the front line everyone knows their role and this is played out with dedication and
commitment
The carers always share their wide range of knowledge, experience ,dedication and commitment to my wife and to me
The care provided to both of us is very important as I have mobility problems and therefore although caring for wife her care is always carried out within the confines of our house
This means apart from slowly walking to our garage I never leave the house and so having the two carers come in three times per day provides me with some company and respite
I wish Premier Care all the very best for the year ahead

I have always found the staff helpful and supportive. I know they could be relied on to advise on any problem. I know a shortage of staff can be difficult for them but they work very hard to fill the gaps.

We are so grateful for the care that all the staff at Premier have provided to our mother over many years -
Particularly over the last few months, when due to deteriorating health, her needs have increased and Premier has excelled themselves in their response to this. They have always put her needs
first - e.g. calling an ambulance and staying with her until the ambulance and a family member arrived. Also, notify us immediately of any concerns. I also, personally, must thank the manager for her support of me when I needed a caring listener at the end of the telephone.
We have no hesitation at all in recommending Premier Care to anyone wanting the best support and care available for their loved one.

Sincere thanks to all the staff for the excellent care provided to our mother over the past twelve months. It gave us great peace of mind to know that she was being looked after by a team of caring professionals who made sure she was safe and well at every visit. Any concerns for her welfare and
well-being were notified to us at the earliest opportunity. We have no hesitation in recommending Premier Care's services to anyone needing a conscientious, reliable and trustworthy care provider for their loved one.
