This review has been sent after my mother passed away in May. The staff have been very supportive and helped my mother twice a day since March 2023. Their kindness and reliability have ment we could leave mum in safe hands.

I could not recommend Premier enough, they provide peace of mind and go above and beyond to help. The carers are always professional and friendly - my mother looks forward to their daily visits which help her maintain her independence.


Communication is also strong so I am always confident Mum is

getting the best care possible.

We have been using Premier to help with mums' care for over 12 months now.
Two staff members in particular and all the carers are very attentive and professional. They always let us know of any concerns they may have and offer advice when we ask.
Mum looks forward to their visits and we can always
rely on the team to provide an excellent service.
We would highly recommend Premier Care to anyone looking for a care provider in this area.

Premier care are amazing I cannot fault them the care they provide for mum is fantastic so helpful & friendly don't know what we do without them, the personal care & bed making & always put washing on mum loves to see them in the morning always on time which is great as a routine is the best care !

Premier provide an excellent level of care to my Mum. All her carers give a kind, friendly and efficient service.

Premium Care has looked after my wife who has Alzheimer's Dementia for the best part of 10 years
I have to say that my wife has had the best of care provided by Premium Care over this period time
From the office to the front line everyone knows their role and this is played out with dedication and
commitment
The carers always share their wide range of knowledge, experience ,dedication and commitment to my wife and to me
The care provided to both of us is very important as I have mobility problems and therefore although caring for wife her care is always carried out within the confines of our house
This means apart from slowly walking to our garage I never leave the house and so having the two carers come in three times per day provides me with some company and respite
I wish Premier Care all the very best for the year ahead

The staffare polite- cheerful - always prompt . They make the visit fun and help where and when I need help -- but allow me to do what I can myself.

I have always found the staff helpful and supportive. I know they could be relied on to advise on any problem. I know a shortage of staff can be difficult for them but they work very hard to fill the gaps.

We are so grateful for the care that all the staff at Premier have provided to our mother over many years -
Particularly over the last few months, when due to deteriorating health, her needs have increased and Premier has excelled themselves in their response to this. They have always put her needs
first - e.g. calling an ambulance and staying with her until the ambulance and a family member arrived. Also, notify us immediately of any concerns. I also, personally, must thank the manager for her support of me when I needed a caring listener at the end of the telephone.
We have no hesitation at all in recommending Premier Care to anyone wanting the best support and care available for their loved one.

I find all the carers and back office staff very helpful, I am very pleased with everything connected to Premier Care. Premier Care has been particularly helpful when Mum needs emergency food shopping or help taking additional supplementary prescriptions.

The team have been a source of support and care during difficult times as both parents have dementia. They have handled things with a good amount of sensitivity and professionalism. The care staff have been very supportive and my parents have always felt comfortable and assured by the level of care

Quick to respond to our initial request for assistance just prior to Christmas 23. Good communication with main office and their care team are very experienced, caring and totally understand the difficult nature of the services they provide which is tailored to the individuals concerned. The process
of introducing daily care for our parents was never going to be easy but Premier Care achieved this seamlessly and were quickly accepted by our parents.
We would highly recommend them.

My mother has been receiving care from Premier Care since mid-March 2024 when she left hospital. My mum needs extensive support and all the staff at Premier have been excellent. The team are easy to get in contact with and have been caring, friendly, thoughtful and professional, making my mum's transition
back home a positive experience. I do not live locally and knowing Premier are regularly with Mum gives me great reassurance that she is safe and well cared for.
