I find all the carers and back office staff very helpful, I am very pleased with everything connected to Premier Care. Premier Care has been particularly helpful when Mum needs emergency food shopping or help taking additional supplementary prescriptions.

My mother has been receiving care from Premier Care since mid-March 2024 when she left hospital. My mum needs extensive support and all the staff at Premier have been excellent. The team are easy to get in contact with and have been caring, friendly, thoughtful and professional, making my mum's transition back home a positive experience. I do not live locally and knowing Premier are regularly with Mum gives me great reassurance that she is safe and well cared for.

The operations director and the Premier Care team have been visiting my father on a daily basis for over a year. They’ve done a great job of supporting his ability to live independently - by monitoring his medications and helping with household chores - while respecting his privacy. They have also been proactive in raising concerns directly with me, when necessary. I would recommend Premier to anyone requiring in-home care.

Your service has provided peace of mind to me. Knowing that my mum has a regular visit, providing lunch and much more as the careers have all been really lovely, Mum often tells me conversations she has had with different ladies and she looks forward to the daily interaction. You provide a brilliant service and the follow-up calls you have provided to me about my mum, have been very valuable.

Staff and management are flexible with the care my mother requires and will change if she needs one, two or three visits per day. The time of the morning visits can vary from day to day but the evening carer will try and let my mother know what time they will call the following morning. The care package has enabled my mother to carry on in her flat and given us peace of mind knowing they are there.

The carers at Premier Care are all so kind and friendly with my mum. They call me if they are concerned. It really helps me to know that someone kind and professional is calling into my mum every morning.

The staff were really helpful and attentive to my parents. The care they received was excellent at all times. Communication was clear and timely keeping us informed of changes and concerns at all times.

I found Premier Care have given my wife every care and attention to her needs in getting out of bed, dressed and washed and ready for the day. The carers are effective, efficient, cheerful and polite.

My aunt passed away on the 1st of October, she received exceptional care from the whole team, who went beyond their normal duties to help her. We are very grateful to Premier Care for all that they have done.

My parents were given exceptional love and care from all members of Premier Care team EG during the seven months that they were being cared for. Staff went above and beyond on many occasions to ensure that my parent's physical and emotional needs were being met. Premier Care were excellent at keeping my sister and I informed regarding any concerns they had regarding the health of my parents. All the team kept excellent records so we were always able to read through how the week had gone for my parents. As a daughter who lived two hours away from my parents, it was so comforting knowing that carers were going in three times a day to visit my parents and making sure that they had their meals given to them and supervising them taking their daily medication.
