All excellent.
I have been with them for years and they are very good.
Thank you for your kind words. It is a pleasure and always has been looking after such a wonderful lady.
Very satisfied.
Premier Care Services have been visiting my parents since November 2015, primarily for my father who has Alzheimer's. His condition deteriorated late October 2016 and he spent 2 months in hospital and is now in a care home. Since he went, Premier Care Services have been looking after my mother. I have been very happy with the care and support we have received during this difficult time. All the carers I have met have been efficient and friendly and the management have been very supportive.
Thank you Jackie for completing the review for Premier Care Services.
When first using the service, I was needing help with getting out of hospital bed, also washing, dressing and using the commode. I needed half hour in the morning and half hour in the evening to help me from the recliner chair to hospital bed. This was in July. Gradually, with encouragement and help, I started physio etc and by October was able to climb the stairs with the support of stair rail and get into bed. I had a catheter when I came from hospital and originally carers dealt with this, but now my wife does this. We continue care to support both my wife and myself on difficult days as we are both 87 and 99.
I would highly recommend Premier Care Services they are so friendly, helpful and professional. My father has improved so much since they have undertaken his care. If I am at all worried about him they are always so helpful and they always keep me informed of any issues that may concern me.
Thank you so much for your kind words it is a pleasure looking after your Father. Regards John.
My association with Premier Care has been short but so very satisfactory. In truth, they established a bond of trust so very quickly. You cannot market this stuff, you just feel it. Believe, me - we have been at the other end of the scale and the Operations Director, Registered Manager and Care coordinator (though I have only talked to the latter over the phone on the night my mother died but Lordy that was needing absolute trust for my darling Dad and she was brilliant) have not stinted in their commitment to caring for my Father. Communication is always prompt and professional. When I interviewed them, I had some idea of what I wanted to "feel" but I asked another care worker, a friend of mine to sit in on the interview. She was swift in her appraisal as was I, that Premier Care was a caring, professional, hard working and empathetic team. My sister had originally found them and talked to the Operations Director by phone at length (She, an Ex Nightingale nurse!!!!). Due to adverse family circumstance I needed to take it onward.
Thank you so much for your review it is a pleasure looking after your Father.
Caring, sensitive and committed staff who give very holistic care to support the rights and wishes of the client. I felt very reassured with the care and support they gave my mother and will continue to use their services.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for completing the review requested.
So pleased with the level of care my mother has received. It is very comforting to know she is in such good hands & I'm very impressed with the detail of notes left in the manual at every visit. Thanks, all.
Thank you very much for taking the time to complete the review requested.
Extremely professional in their approach to providing care for my father, very good service, always polite and courteous. Communication was excellent. I would certainly recommend premier care to anyone who wanted to know of a care provider.
I live abroad but am quite confident that they are doing their job well and will keep me informed should the situation with my mother change.
At the end of December due to the diligence of a carer from Premier Care Services my mother was admitted to hospital. After a month of treatment. She is now in a nursing home and has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. The support that my mother received from the carers working for Premier Care Services enabled her to maintain her independence and live in a familiar environment far longer than would otherwise have been possible and my family and I will be forever grateful for this.
Very good care team.
We find the staff excellent! Very satisfied with their service.
Christine and John would like to thank Paul for his kind review, it is a pleasure to be looking after his Mum who is such a wonderful lady.
Premier Care have supplied care to my mother both day visits and over night stays, and we have always found them and the carers to be professional, caring and reliable.
The carers are very kind and patient. They treat mum with the utmost respect. They never rush her and encourage her in all aspects of her age and health. The management staff are friendly and always have time for you if you have any problems. They are understanding. They call you from time to time to see if everything is OK. I would recommend them to anyone.
We would like to thank Susan for her kind and positive review, it is a pleasure looking after her mother and long may it continue.
My mother has been the recipient of care services provide by Premier Care Services for the past two years and three months as assisted-living/extra care facility and this has been the right solution for her. Recently however she has become increasingly physically and mentally frail and has been waiting for an assessment from social services for 3 months. It is envisaged that she will be relocated into a care home. However my comments here specifically relate to the past month or so when we have benefitted from additional professional support provided by Premier Care Services not only at first hand via the excellent carers (as now my mother can hardly walk and has failing eyesight) but also in the form of the management of the situation- including liaison with the NHS the property management, social service and myself. I consider that Premier Care Services is handling a challenging situation in an exemplary fashion.
Premier would like to thank David for his review, it has been an absolute pleasure over the past 2 years looking after his mother what a wonderful lady. David has given his mother lots of support especially over the last few months, I am sure he will continue to do so in the future.
Premier Care Services deliver a very professional, caring and friendly service helping my mum in how to maintain her independence in her own home. Mum has 2 main carers which give her continuity. The carers leave a very detailed record on every visit (4 daily) so we know how mum is eating, drinking and general well being. If there are any issues/concerns they either contact me directly or inform the office to contact me. They make sure the house is kept warm and mum has her lifeline on and her walking frame to hand. They also perform the regular lifeline test to check it is working. I would highly recommend to everyone.
We would like to thank Mary for her kind words, it is a pleasure looking after your Mother-in-Law and always a pleasure to talk to Mary on a regular basis.
