Premier were excellent. Always reliable. Staff were excellent. They went above and beyond and understood our situation. All services were of excellent standard and empathy was afforded to both my mother and myself. Highly recommend.
The carers themselves treat my wife as if they were caring for a family member in a very gentle and compassionate way, making sure she is clean, well dressed and comfortable, all the time encouraging her with conversation and laughter. They also care for myself, every morning asking if I am well, or have any problems. Rather than rush off they will sit and chat for a while.
Just recently it was necessary to request an additional visit each late afternoon. Without hesitation and within 24 hours Premier Care had provided the carer at the requested timed.
I would not hesitate in recommending Premier Care Services.
The service offered has been regular and professional. The nurses have all been friendly and helpful. I am 93 and cannot take much part in the care of my wife; she has advanced Alzheimer's, does not recognise me or respond to me.
Premier Care lived up to their name completely. They provided premier care. The carers were consistently attentive and kind, they performed tasks efficiently but not in a hurried way. Mum felt very comfortable with them as she got to know them - despite her memory problems - as the ladies were people she could relate to. Premier ensured that there was only a small pool of ladies to help Mum even though they provided care up to three times a day. I trusted them completely. Their rates were competitive and billing accurate. My main reason for recommending Premier would be that communication was excellent. They called me regularly with updates and by the same token, I never felt that I was being a nuisance when I called them. A caring company, which demonstrated good, old-fashioned values - perfect for my elderly Mum.

Initially Premier carried out a 'risk assessment' of client needs, I was present at the time. This was important to ensure that my father's needs and mine were to be met. I have personally met the Carers or spoken to them on the phone, they leave a folder detailing their actions during the visit and you can also communicate with them this way. You can phone the Office if you want any changes to the visit. My father feels comfortable with his Carers and if there are any concerns they will ring you or the Office will. I am confident that he is being well cared for and that he is safe in their care. He is now visited twice a day and this is a great comfort to me. They have proven to be a reliable and professional service. I fully recommend them.

My wife was the first to use they care and found it very reliable with good care. I have used the same care after being hospitalised for five weeks. Again the care and carers was/is very good and satisfactory.
A first class service who continue to provide excellent care and support to enable my aunt to continue living in her own home. Without them, she would be unable to cope. Highly recommend.

Premier Care looked after my mother for several months before unfortunately, she became too poorly to remain in her own home. The Carers treated her with the utmost dignity and respect, they were wonderfully supportive and understanding of her needs, nothing was too much trouble for them. I cannot fault them, Mum loved each and every one of them. There aren’t enough words to describe how impressed we were with their service. They made sure she was safe, comfortable and looked after her personal needs as if she was one of their own. The staff are truly a credit to the company. We can never thank you all enough for what you did for Mum, you are all stars and you should be mightily proud of the part you play in vulnerable people’s lives. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

Staff are very caring overall with a few exceptional ones. Going above and beyond on many occasions. In the past, we had occasional problems getting hold of the office on the phone. Also, would have appreciated some consultation and explanation before fee increases were implemented.
We do appreciate that on the odd occasion the landline can't be answered due to being either on another call or the office staff and Management are out attending reviews, spot checks, supervisions and the occasional emergency, however, we do have an answering machine, duty mobile and a company...
Have flexibility to adapt to my mum's needs - this has been crucial and comforting given a number of recent visits to the hospital and her changing care needs. Thank you.

All carers are kind, patient, caring and reliable. They are always extremely respectful of both needs and feelings and also our home and property. They provide an invaluable service enabling my father to remain in his own home with his family. Also, advice and support to all family members when needed.

Christine has worked in the care industry for 33 years, before setting up her own agency Premier Care back in 2001.
She still runs the agency has a hands-on approach and continuously passes on her knowledge and expertise to all of her staff.
John is the son of Christine the owner and has worked for the family business since 2001. He is hands-on and works in the district when needed alongside his main role as operations Manager.
