Premiere Care have been looking after our mother now for over two years and we are extremely happy with their care. My mother likes all the staff that come to help her and is always very appreciative of all they do. They are always happy to help with additional times if they have the capacity, and if they don't, they always try very hard to re-jig to help out. Additionally, if they have staffing problems due to illness for instance, they let us know well in advance and check if we can cover the visit, which quite often we can. In a nutshell, we'd be lost without them.

I would like to say they have been brilliant, very helpful, nothing is too much trouble for this care company, they have always been very kind and helpful at all times, and we will continue to use their services.

The office staff have always been extremely friendly, helpful and understanding whenever I have needed to speak to them or when they have called me.

We have been very pleased with the care all Premier Care Services staff have given to our 96-year-old mother who suffers from dementia. They go above and beyond in all areas of her care. They are interested in her as a person and chat to her about family and any up and coming visits. In fact, I think of them as part of our extended family. They are always willing to help us in any way they can which makes our life much easier.

They are very flexible and fit their visits around family visits and are happy to add extra visits at short notice if they can, when necessary. All in all, they offer a fantastic service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for carers for their loved ones.

My mother needs help with getting up in the morning and having breakfast made for her. Lunch is also prepared and left on a plate. In the evenings a hot meal is prepared. This gives me peace of mind that Mum is OK and eating well. Any queries or comments are quickly shared with me by phone. The staff are very considerate and friendly. They provide Mum with a friendly face and a chat twice a day. I would thoroughly recommend Premier Care.

When we were looking for care at home for our elderly mother, while we went away. Premier Care Services was recommended to us. It's always a little anxious when you're trusting your loved one to people you don't know but we needn't have worried, they are great. Right from management to the care team themselves, always willing to support and help. Mum can be difficult about having care come in but she loves the ladies once she sees them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for or needing care.

Premier Care Services has been a godsend for my mum as her Dementia is slowly getting worse and I have had to increase the level of care and they are always happy to accommodate. The manager took a real interest in Mum, and a connection was definitely made that meant Mum felt she actually had a friend who was looking after her, rather than just an anonymous employee. I find all the carers very considerate, allowing me to get help in my own time.

I am more than a little dissatisfied with the help I receive. Some carers are very good but several are poor and leave me feeling quite uncared for. I also recently found they were not applying my patches correctly which did not help their effects.

The service has enabled my parents to remain in their own home and taken a lot of pressure off my father. It's comforting for me to know that they are visited each and every day.

I have had care for two years. Dropping to five days a week and looking after myself at weekends but I am glad to see them on Monday. To be able to care for myself makes you appreciate how good the staff are to keep you going.
