I have been with this agency for 5 months and everyone has been very caring, conscientious and always cheerful.

My Mum has been a client of Premier for a number of years. Premier and their carers have always delivered first-rate service, above and beyond what could be expected. The carers are kind and patient with her, taking account of her dementia. They always contact me if they have any concerns about my Mum, using their initiative to determine problems, and also to suggest solutions. I feel that they do genuinely care about my Mum.

The team at Premier Care has enabled Mum to continue to live independently during these difficult times, ensuring she remains safe, fed, and most importantly offering her companionship and kindness twice a day. Living a long way from Mum, and not being able to visit at the moment, the team gives me assurance that she is being well cared for, for which I am very grateful. They are always quick to call me if there are any concerns or to reassure that Mum is well. Very good communication. Thank you.

The name says it all - Premier Care Services - offer a first-class service with care and efficiency. My 90-year-old mum only had them visit for a short while before she went into hospital, but they helped me out of a difficult situation at very short notice, and only took payment after she'd gone into hospital. They could be contacted out of hours, and their charges are very reasonable. I was very impressed.

Management and staff are very kind and helpful.

Premier Care stepped in at the last moment after we had to remove the previous carers due to poor quality of care. Wow, what a difference. From the first point of contact, all of the staff have been nothing but caring and thoughtful to us all. My friend really looked forward to seeing them each day, as they not only looked after his needs in a professional manner but chatted to him and made him feel at ease. I have nothing but praise for Premier Care Services. Topnotch service and a reasonable price as well.

My husband's nominated carer was superb. However he was feeling, she usually managed to give him a full body wash. Even though he might have refused a wash, in her subtle way she coaxed him and somehow got the job done. I usually left them alone for the wash but if near when she had finished, he was always thanking her. On the odd days when he wasn't well and did not have a wash, she sat and chatted with him, holding his hand and comforting him. She was very caring and had a real fondness of him, which was truly reciprocated.

She was also such a support to me as well. When I was concerned, she would agree when I felt a doctor was needed to be called, or say that this was the usual course for events, therefore allaying my fears. I really don't know where I would have been without her. She needs the biggest thank you in the world.

I am more than satisfied with Premier Care Services. I find them reliable and regular at coming to me. I have them twice a day on each day, one hour mornings, 30 minutes in the evening. They are caring people.

The standard of care they provide my Aunt is first class - she looks forward to their visit!

Excellent care but wish we could know in advance roughly what time they are coming and who it is. I think they are short staffed.
