I can’t speak highly enough of the team who look after my elderly mother, especially one lady. I feel totally at ease knowing they visit Mum every day and always call me if there are any issues.
I highly recommend Premier Care to anyone who needs a loved one caring for.

All I can say is that this is a great service. All the ladies that come in are great. I am going to add extra time to my care plan. Always within time. All the ladies know what I need. My family know I am in good hands.

My two daughters and I chose Premier Care Services after meeting with representatives from three other companies. We made an immediate decision to go with Premier Care as they came across to all three of us as a first-rate company.
All the carers were extremely professional in their work attitude,
manner, dress (including Covid regulations) and dedication to both the care of the client and the job at hand. They were truly able to multi-task! All with a sense of humour and ready to fit in a chat when they were quick to sense that at times I had spent many hours on my own and was ready for some interaction.
Well done team. Definitely a 5 star.

My mum is elderly and lives on her own. Premier Care Services EG Ltd have been there from the beginning. From several years ago where they just provided help with meals and cups of tea to now where they help with bathing and personal care, as well as a quick chat, food and drink preparation. I know
mum is in good hands as I am always informed if there is a health issue or a problem. During lockdown without visitors, mum has been glad of the company, smiles and quick chats while other duties are performed. I can relax knowing mum is well looked after. I thoroughly recommend Premier Care Services EG Ltd.

Having had a regular and experienced carer for a long time, we've received no communication why this carer no longer attends these appointments. Instead, we now have different carers of varying experience, capability and rapport. My husband has Alzheimer's and our carer understood his needs and also
brought much laughter to him and me which is so important as his carer. The consistency and trust we had is no longer there and to not understand why is even more frustrating.

Premier have been able to attend every call since the package of care started and makes us very proud to know that we have been able to provide you with a regular and experienced carer for a long time. Unfortunately, there are occasions when changes need to be made due to Client’s or Carer’s personal circumstances, and we do try to inform our Client’s and make them aware of any changes made. Confidentiality is paramount at Premier and discussing personal and sensitive information with others is not good practice. Diversity and Equality within Premier enables us to give all the staff opportunity, and the chance to achieve their potential. By providing a small team of staff during a week helps to maintain consistency. We have an open-door attitude and welcome constructive comments.

I am so grateful for the outstanding care, professionalism and respectfulness that Premier Care brought to our home during a very trying and stressful time. My dad, fiercely independent, was not the kind of person to ask for or accept help from anyone. The wonderful carers found the right balance providing
excellent care in a way that my dad found acceptable. Though he would never admit it, I know he grew to trust the familiar faces and he came to rely on them as he became increasingly frail and dependent. Premier Care’s communication was outstanding. We were kept informed if timings needed to change and the carers always kept meticulous notes for me. Premier helped my dad to maintain his sense of independence and dignity. They worked seamlessly alongside me and the community nurses as his health declined. They undoubtedly helped me to honour my dad’s wish to die at home where he felt safe. A massive thank you to all of you; what you do is amazing.

Having had an operation on my foot, I needed personal care help for four weeks. Having known Premier Care Services EG personnel from seeing them tending to residents in my development, it was obvious that I contacted them when I needed help.
I found the girls very friendly, efficient and caring. I
was always contacted if there was a variation in their time of arrival. The manager was on hand to assist should there be any problems. There were not!
I would not hesitate to recommend Premier Care Services EG, in fact, I have already done so.

I first contacted Premier at the start of the COVID-19 lockdown as a mum, who has Alzheimer's and living alone, was getting very confused and lonely with the lack of visitors or being able to go anywhere. Premier have been excellent with her and I think their visits really cheered her up during a very
difficult time. In October mum had to go into hospital for an operation, and Premier have been amazingly flexible and helpful in her post-op care. I would definitely recommend the team at Premier to anyone looking for an excellent care agency - they have been an absolute life-saver in 2020 for mum and family.

My mum was cared for very well with the carers from Premier Care over the last 10 months. They stepped up when we went into lockdown and immediately started going in to see her. My mum loved to see them as she was on her own and she enjoyed the laughs they had together. Nothing was too much for them
and they took care of her needs exceptionally well. After she had an operation they were there every day taking her to appointments as needed - nothing is too much for them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for carers for a loved one. They kept in contact with the family and even though my mum is now in a care home they are still asking after her welfare.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Premier Care who cared for my mum in the last week of her life. The care she received by all the carers was wonderful, I don't know how we would have coped without them, also they arranged and advised us about all the equipment we needed. Special
thanks to the team. My sister and I would like to thank you for guiding us through Mum's last week and making it less traumatic for all of us, it is truly appreciated.

The recommendation is largely based on the particular/specific carer my dad has on a regular basis. Not only does she benefit him, but also my mum who is the primary carer. The carer is super efficient and has a bubbly, enthusiastic personality, and always has a story or tale to tell my parents and
make them laugh. This demonstrates that its more than a tick box exercise, unlike some of the other carers - its to provide the practical but also the human/emotional element of care which truly makes her valuable.

The kindness and compassion shown by all dad’s carers were exceptional. He felt well cared for and really appreciated the friendliness of his carers. As a family, we felt confident that dad was being well looked after and we were kept well informed at all times.
Towards the end of his life, the whole
team were able to accommodate dad’s changing needs and at all times we felt well supported.
We are so grateful for all the kind support provided.
