Trinity Home Care have been providing support for my Mum for several years, and I could not be more happy with the service they provide. My Mum wishes to remain in her house and this would not have been possible without the regular support that the carers provide. They are all such wonderful, caring people and the service is fantastically well managed.

Trinity provide an excellent service which is efficient and professional. For Mum who is 93 and housebound its far more than personal care and support, its company, someone different to talk to and hear about their families etc. Mum very much looks forward to their visits each day.

The team are very professional and conscientious, they highlight problems quickly to the management who then advise and suggest solutions to the appropriate people, they communicate well with other types of professional carers such as the doctor and social services, they respond promptly to my suggestions and queries, and they manage my friend the client's eccentricities very patiently. Just as importantly, they are kind: my friend the client likes them, and he's a grump!

Trinity Homecare Bristol have provided exemplary care for both my parents over the past 3 years. It has been a really difficult time but having the carers at Trinity alongside us has made it infinitely easier. The carers took time to get to know both my parents, providing the right care at the right time for both of them with dignity and respect. The carers are all so kind, friendly, and interested in my parents as people. They went over and above what we asked of them, taking initiative and knowing exactly what was needed, they made both my parents' last years so much better than they could have been. I have always felt in safe hands using Trinity Homecare which is why I was so pleased that they were always able to provide extra care as and when we needed it. We couldn't have got through these past few years without them.

As always communication and face to face reviews are excellent. Trinity has a client led focus which includes the family to make the care package the best possible for the client. Friendly and professional staff make for peace of mind for us all.

As always our wishes were listened to, nothing was to much trouble and my dad was treated the dignity and respect. He is treated as an individual and everyone makes him feeled valued, genuinely all staff are very good at their job and care, I know that he is in safe hands.

All carers were friendly and courteous, arriving at our home in good time. Tasks, personal assistance and any requests were performed exactly as expected. We had total confidence in Trinity Homecare and would have no hesitation in requesting their help in the future.

We had 7 days of cleaning bought for us by our 2 sons at a rather difficult time We had 3 different ladies over the time. All were very efficient 2 more than the one. They all arrived very promptly and just got on with what they were asked to do. I will certainly use the agency in future if needed.

I had an appointment at my doctors at 5 pm and she said I needed tests at our local hospital that evening.I could not leave my husband on his own so contacted the Carers The person concerned was extremely helpful and arranged someone to come to stay with him and put him to bed if I was not home. When I eventually arrived home at 11.15 pm he was safely in bed ,not asleep as he was concerned about me ."we are both in our late eighties I could not say how grateful we were for the speedy help and kindness shown.

As the result of an unexpected hospitalisation we required carer services for our father at very short notice. Premier Homecare were extremely responsive and met with us to complete the necessary paperwork and put in place a daily carer visit to coincide with his return home. These visits greatly increased his rate of recovery, in no small part to the highly respectful and professional carer team. We will undoubtedly require the services of Premier Homecare in the future and will have no hesitation when the need arises.

Superb service. Very highly recommended. Carers showed my dad such genuine kindness and care - it is clearly their vocation, not just a job. I was always confident in their ability to meet his needs. The service was reliable, great communication with the efficient coordination team and excellent managers. I will always be grateful to Premier Homecare for all their excellent care.

I had support from Premier Care for 11 weeks after a long stay in hospital. All staff were professional, helpful, cheerful and very kind. They did all the tasks required and I would certainly use Premier services again should the need arise.

I would like to thank Premier Homecare for providing my mum with a very thorough and friendly care service. They have always delivered the help and support my mum has needed particularly recently, when she was feeling very poorly and needed extra care and attention. They know the background history and medication requirements of my mum, so have acted efficiently if ever there has been an issue with her medical needs. The carers are always there to reassure her and look after her in a kind and compassionate way. I would thoroughly recommend Premier Homecare to anyone thinking of using them.

I have been using Premier Homecare for the last couple of years looking after both my Mum and Dad. One with limited mobility and the other with vascular dementia. The care has been exceptional, the carers I've met are very kind, caring, and patient. All the office staff are incredibly helpful, conscious, and friendly. Regular reviews of the care plans and risk assessments are in place to ensure the service remains appropriate and fit for purpose and the service quality is maintained. There are a myriad of care options available so how do you choose the best for your loved ones? Not easy, but I cannot fault Premier Homecare, highly recommended!

My mother has had Premier Homecare visits at her home for over two years. Throughout this time she has been helped to maintain her life and surroundings as well as possible. Her carers have all been kind and sympathetic. The company administrators have also been professional and communicative. I would recommend Premier Homecare to anyone with a relative who needs care and attention.

Premier Homecare did a great job supporting my stepfather to stay comfortable and safe in his own home for as long as possible. They are reliable and the home care workers are great. Thank you for delivering a great service in sometimes trying circumstances.

Thank you Premier Homecare for your support and care you gave my uncle. He was very reluctant at first to accept any help but enjoyed his morning visits from the Carers. An excellent and very swift response from one of your Carers getting the correct help for my uncle when arriving at his Bungalow one morning to find him very poorly. Thank You.

Premier Homecare keeps the wife company while I have a few hours to myself by going for walks, doing speech exercises, and playing games.

This is my second spell of help from Premier Homecare. They had previously looked after my severely disabled husband for many years before his death with great care and unfailing professionalism. When I recently broke my arm and hurt my ankle I immediately turned to them. For the past four weeks, I have received marvellous help from the amazing staff. They have been gentle, caring, professional and full of cheer just when I needed it. I cannot thank them enough. Thanks also to back up organising support which was faultless.
