Our son loves it at Sherbutt House! The property he is in is of a high standard and he has lots of friends. All the staff are friendly, professional and supportive and provide a high standard of care.
Managers and office staff are experienced and quick to respond to emails, texts and calls. I feel
I can contact them anytime. Communication is good.
I would highly recommend Sherbutt House.

Our experience with the care home has exceeded all expectations. All staff are professional, understanding of our daughter's needs, and they are always kind and compassionate. The transition into the Care home has been exceptional. It started as 1 day per week and was full time within a 2 month
period. The range of daily activities is awesome, swimming, walking, drama classes, gym classes, craft exercises, outings, pantomimes, museums, shopping, cooking, cleaning.. there is never a dull moment.
Perhaps more importantly is our daughter's thoughts on her new home. She LOVES HER care home! Her bedroom is perfect. She has four housemates and prefers to socialise with her housemates in the common lounge rather than be alone in her own room. She never complains of being bored as every day is an adventure. Remarkably she knows the first name of every staff member at the home and they all know her! Whenever we visit her, she always has a smile on her face! Our daughter has never been so happy.

Yes, I am very happy with the service with all the staff that give me a lot of guidance.
I enjoy all the holidays and my lovely Home. I think all this support I get is brilliant. I can't thank the team enough.

After our mother became terminally ill and could no longer provide care, my sister moved into Sherbutt Lodge. The staff have been fantastic in helping Sam settle and transition into this new chapter. They provide wonderful support and keep her busy with a variety of activities. It is a relief to see
Sam so happy and well-cared for.

My daughter has been a client for many years. She has always been well looked after and is very happy to be there. The staff are always kind and very professional. If we ever have any queries or worries these are promptly dealt with to our satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending Sherbutt
House's services.

The service and staff are second to none
The quality of the property and facilities are superb
I have no reservations about my son obtaining assisted living through such a devoted and caring organisation
