The service has been really good. Both my son and daughter are impressed. All care workers are easy to talk to and very pleasant.

I have been using SSA at Aylesbury for approx 3 years and overall am quite satisfied with their services. Their carers are all very pleasant, but some could be more chatty and don't converse very much. A bit of idle chat would brighten up the day for me.

SSA Quality Care have been looking after me at home following the completion of Florence Nightingale Hospice Care's excellent 12-week programme in early 2025. SSA's team of lovely lady carers provides wonderful help and support to myself and to my husband with all my intimate personal needs,
although my husband can handle all aspects of the commode when we are on our own. Without all this, I would not be able to have as full and enjoyable a life as possible, here at home, following the cessation of my cancer treatment in October 2024, which left me with severe fatigue and weakness (ongoing) and nausea (now treated with daily medication, enabling me to eat well and enjoy my food). My husband and I look forward to every SSA visit, which helps the day go round and share lots of laughter with the carers, who all have lovely smiles, a sense of humour, perfect manners, a willingness to help in any way, and are backed up by excellent service from their Aylesbury office. We could not be more grateful and thankful for this wonderful service.

Yet again SSA provides an exemplary care service, supportive, professional and compassionate, their staff are friendly & courteous, showing professionalism to a high standard, occasionally I'll get a spot visit from a manager carrying out a courtesy call asking me if there are any problems. I cannot
recommend this company highly enough. Even my family have said that my carers are lovely, friendly and supportive people.

I wish to write here that I am satisfied with the care I am receiving currently from all angles. Help with getting up in the mornings, having a body wash, dressing up, having my breakfast, lunch and dinner. My clothes are washed and ironed regularly. I am taken out for visits, shopping and drives!
And hospital if necessary.

I have 3 hours per week respite care. Great for me, the carer to get out. Husband sleeps most of the 3 hours.

SSA came into our lives when my daughter had to have leg bandages knee to toe both legs. They have been very good never let us down arrive when they say.

The carers have been consistently polite, friendly and respectful in their interactions. It would be good if we were informed if they are not able to perform a task ie teeth being cleaned without asking. I suspect this is something which is documented in the notes. However, the digital notes system
used to record visits isn't always easily accessible ie the information logged often feels generic or administrative. It would be far more useful if the notes included meaningful updates about the patients wellbeing for example whether personal care tasks like tooth cleaning were completed. This would help family stay informed ensure continuity of rate written notes would be better for older clients.

I cannot praise this company enough, their dedication to the service they provide, the professionalism of the company coming out to check if everything is working properly & I am happy with the care I'm receiving. The carers are always courteous ,gentle & thorough in their work methods. Always
motivating & encouraging me to push forward. Members of my family are always commenting that I have some amazing carers. I can have a laugh and a joke with my carers, many of which I've consider my friends.
Quite honestly I cannot find a single fault with this company, they have shown themselves to be consistent from the Management to the care workers never faltering and always delivering professional quality care.
I'm getting to a stage now where I'm becoming more mobile and the SSA management are working closely with my occupational health team to put things in place ready for the transition. I highly recommend this company, Quite simply THE BEST!

As a family we are incredibly grateful for the kindness, patience and compassion shown to our mum by your lovely carers. Their gentle approach, respectful attitude and genuine care made a world of difference to us and to mum.
Mum was always consulted and treated with dignity, your carers took time
to listen, support and brighten both mum's and our day.
It was comforting for us as a family to know that our lovely mum was in safe, caring hands.
The team were very thoughtful, professional and dedicated.

I have been receiving care from SSA Quality Care for the past six months, and my experience has been consistently positive. The team is exceptionally professional and demonstrates a high level of friendliness and respect. They always ensure that I feel treated with dignity, and each visit includes a
few moments of warm companionship, which I truly appreciate. The caregivers are consistently attentive, taking the time to check if there is anything else they can assist with before they leave, ensuring that no request is too small or troublesome. Their commitment to providing thorough and compassionate care is evident in everything they do. Additionally, the team's polite and welcoming attitude not only towards me but also my family, making them feel involved and valued in the care process. I am grateful for the support and attention they provide.

SSA have been both excellent carers and a watchful friend to my aged mother. She is well looked after while still living alone in her own house. SSA have proven to be responsive and flexible in working with my mother and me.

My son is very happy with his carers. He has the same carers all the time, which is good for him. He doesn't like different people all the time. He enjoys swimming and bowling and they help him with every day tasks.
