This review is for December 2025 to 20th February 2026.
Communication from the Care Company has been poor, e.g. questions raised in an email sent one week ago still remain unanswered.
Rotas provided can and have been changed on a daily basis. We therefore do not know which carers will be turning
up, when they will turn up or how long they turn up for. There seems to be a lack of continuity/consistency as up to six different carers can be scheduled for visits in a week. In addition there is lack of clarity as to what the carers do once they are on site. Early feedback was very helpful but this has now dried up.
Invoicing has been a problem which stems from the Care Company saying they would accept regular payments by card and then not being able to process this.

Following a bad fall, I needed some care and was recommended by a neighbour to this care company and it couldn't have been a better choice. I have been impressed with the care - nothing is too much trouble for anyone and the staff are all so kind. What problems that could occur, are dealt with
quickly and efficiently. I would like to thank everyone for their help.

Exceptional level of care delivered by a superb team. Above and beyond responsiveness on many occasions and very helpful flexibility to respond to changing needs. My relative looks forward to their visits. Thank you

I have nothing but praise for the Care Company. For the last 12 months or so my mum has hugely benefitted from their care; both at a practical level and also an emotional one, being there for her when she needs support. This can simply be for the company and the conversation or for everyday
practical help around the home and with chores. Mum knows there is someone local who she can just call in any eventuality and that knowledge - for her and for us, her family, is hugely valued.

The care company are wonderful with Nanna, they are so warm and friendly, she sees them all as her friends. Such professional and trustworthy care is a huge positive to her life. The manager and the rest of the team look after her so well and give the family such peace of mind knowing they have her
best interests at heart. Thank you.

The carers that I have are lovely. They are very friendly and easy to talk to, and very respectful. Nothing is too much trouble for them - a great team.

As a family we are very pleased with the care and attention which is being given to our mother by The Care Company. As an organisation, their approach is both professional and totally reliable. All the carers who visit our mother deal with her needs efficiently, including personal, and her home
environment. They have dealt responsively with emergencies when needed, including staying overnight, and accompanying her to hospital if necessary.

The Care Company have been a great source of support and care for my mum. She looks forward to the arrival of the carer and found the services given were exactly what she needed to make it through the day. The carers are empathetic and when called upon for additional services and time they are fully
supportive. In the case of one emergency the carer was on hand and dealt expertly with the situation. I have found that the management of the accounts and detail provided by the company are precise, accurate and provided in a timely manner. We, as a family consider the services provided are definitely value for money. In consequence of all of the above we have come to trust and be very grateful of the services provided and would fully recommend their services to any other family.

My mother-in-law has been using The Care Company for her care needs at home for a couple of years. The service they provide has enabled her to continue to live independently in her own home. All the staff are friendly and kind. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them and they tend to her
needs, providing her with dignity. The Care Company keep in regular contact with me and update me on anything they feel I need to be aware of. Without the care from these lovely people, her life would be very challenging. They keep her safe, healthy, clean and well-fed.
