I have three carers who cover for one another when needed. They are all very good, very helpful. Attend to my personal care and do some household chores.
I could not wish for more.

The care that my mother has received over the last two years has been excellent. She has been treated with the utmost dignity, and I can't stress enough how lovely and kind all the carers are.

Dad has lovely, friendly and caring carers. He loves dominoes and they always try to have a game - he looks forward to this. Thoroughly recommend - the care is 100%.

We have seen a recent improvement in punctuality and the level of care. It really depends on how good the carers are (we have had very good carers and some not as good). We had too many carers but this has been sorted with a reduction in numbers to give continuity. So we are satisfied with the
current delivery of service. There are obstacles with the timetable for example if a carer is ill but this is understandable if it doesn't happen too often. I would still like to see better timekeeping because they are sometimes very late.

We have been fortunate in having Home Healthcare working with and for us over what has been a very difficult year for everyone.
The service is personal, dependable and the working relationship is unique. At times they have gone the extra mile to provide us with what we needed, whether it was
offering care-related reassurance, advice and support based on long experience, or liaising with the NHS and Social Services on our behalf, or providing care cover at short notice.
Highly recommended.

I cannot rate the team highly enough. Over the past 5 months, my dear mum was extremely poorly and the team could not have given better care. They were always cheerful, patient, kind, respectful, dignified and they truly cared. Nothing was too much trouble. They became friends and made my dear mums
last few months as comfortable and as happy as they could have been. Thank you.

The last 18 months have been rough for my parents, but the team stepped up and helped us take care of them really well - just recently I relocated them to my new house in Devon and the team were outstanding in helping them prepare for the move and a new chapter of life. Friendly, caring and very
understanding of all their needs throughout - I would recommend them to anyone who needs to find care for a relative.

The care given to my mother has been truly excellent. All the caregivers I have met have been kind, caring and very professional, furthermore, they have coped amazingly well with the extra stresses caused by the arrival of Covid-19. I am so grateful for the kindness and compassion they show at every
visit.

Home Healthcare has been looking after my husband who paralysed with Parkinson's plus Syndromes for two and a half years. The care they have given him has been exceptional. They have made an awful situation for us so much easier. My husband has become very fond of them all, and I am just so grateful
to them. They give me peace of mind and confidence that I could not do any better in the care they give him. Truly wonderful people who are always upbeat and positive, and nothing is too much trouble for them. They monitor him daily, and any problems with his health are quickly picked up. I feel so lucky to have found Home Healthcare.

They went above and beyond their job description, also caring for my dad.

Home Healthcare looked after my nan until she passed away. It’s a family run business but very professional. The carers are reliable and kind and the office staff are always on hand to help with any queries. They helped me work out how to gain access to all the services nan needed to keep her
comfortable. I’m so grateful for everything they did at a distressing time.
