Firstly I must say the carers have been absolutely fantastic in the care they have given to my father. They have treated him with so much respect and had his dignity in mind at all times. My frustration and anger are totally directed at the management and staff in the Hebburn branch. They will not

take responsibility for the abundance of mistakes they have made and are too quick to 'pass the buck'! If you are reading this review and have the choice to use another company please make sure you do.
