Bluebird's friendly responsiveness eased everyone's anxiety and enabled the patient to stay at home rather than go to hospital. All involved were very grateful.
I was really worried that I had to get carers in to see my mum. It was because I was going away for three weeks. I can't believe how much it has been so positive for me and my mum and dad. My mum has got Alzheimer's and my dad and I have been looking after her daily needs for five years. I have continued to have a carer here for five days a week because it's such a great help. All my concerns have been taken away. A particular person has really clicked with my mum. All the carers and so good too. However I am so happy that my mum treats her as a friend of hers and she will let her do what she has to do for her needs. Excellent service. 100% professional company and I am so glad that I have got your help. I can't think of anything that I am not happy about. Wonderful.
Always excellent service. The carers are always in uniform and nothing is too much trouble. A range of care, from domestic, shipping, personal or companionship is on offer at reasonable rates. Office staff very helpful and on hand with any queries. Would thoroughly recommend.
Our son really enjoys his time with his carers, and every carer that comes into our home is lovely. We are sent a rota every week so that we are aware of any changes. The office staff are really helpful too!
Bluebird are a very caring company. They have gone above and beyond on many occasions. The carers are very knowledgeable, consistent with care they provide. The office is contactable 24 hours a day.
I cannot praise the carers and office staff at Bluebird Medway enough. I live in the USA and facilitate the care for my elderly mother (Medway resident). Bluebird are incredibly professional and understanding to my situation, and do everything they can to help both Mum and I on a day-to-day basis, as well as any unplanned events or emergencies that pop up. I know Mum can be headstrong and difficult sometimes, and I know the girls take this with grace, compassion and humour. I don't have cause to call the office much these days, as they streamlined some processes, but whenever I do, they are friendly and incredibly helpful. Highly recommended for help and peace of mind for family member.

Only been using Bluebird for a few months just, so my Dad has a bit of company while me and my sister are at work. He says the girls are great and they make him laugh while helping him with his house work. Lovely young ladies that are always respectable to my Dad which is all I can ask for.
My home care is amazing. She is always lovely and bouncy and a pleasure to have help. Bluebird Care always treats me well, whether it is the finance team or other carers. Well worth the money spent on them.
The care my father receives is very good. The carers are kind and understanding, it must be difficult sometimes, as my father is hard of hearing and with poor memory, but he is 96 years old. It makes my life easier if I receive the next week's schedule on Friday, as I fill out my father's calendar on Friday, which he pays attention to. With a number of road works going on, I understand carers can be delayed, also with sickness and school holidays, it must be a challenge for staff and schedules.
I've had care for my husband for two years now and I couldn't be without bluebird care. They help me with maintaining my life around my husband. There always on time. Always very caring and understanding. You get what you pay for with Bluebird.
I was originally apprehensive about getting in carers to assist my elderly mother getting up in the morning, and the associated personal care. Bluebird Care were recommended, from the initial assessment, care plan and the commencing of the care visits, I have always had a positive experience. My mother has nothing but praise for her carers and speaks of them fondly. This was a great relief to me and the rest of the family. I would recommend anyone who is considering engaging carers to seriously consider Bluebird Care.
Bluebird Care allows our mum to remain in her own home which she would otherwise not be able to do. The carers are attentive and always pass on any concerns they have so that we are aware and can remedy any issues swiftly. Their care gives mum and us peace of mind that on any given day she has regular checks and contact to ensure her safety and well-being. My sister and I would not have been able to manage without Bluebird's excellent care and input.
The carers are very helpful, and go the extra mile. Always ask if there is anything else to be done. I have a change of carers daily, always smiling and cheerful and make me laugh. I am very happy with my lot. The office staff are only too pleased to help with any questions I have. All in all they all care 100%. I wouldn't change a thing.

I am so lucky to have my carers, firstly they let me do what I can but they are always there to help me when I need it.
We have been with Bluebird since July 2022. we have not used any other homecare services for comparison purposes but have been very pleased with the care and support provided. All staff are helpful and answer the telephone in a timely manner. My stepfather (the client) is physically disabled with a prosthetic left leg and has dementia. He is treated with care and respect and patience by the carers who visit. I have just increased the number of visits on our 6 monthly review, which will hopefully make things easier.
All the individual carers from Bluebird Care Medway have taken it upon themselves to engage with both my mother-in-law, the client, and her husband and not just worry about the care they are providing. They are extremely professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has care needs. It was important that my mother-in-law liked her carers and could not have asked for anyone better.
