Perfectly happy with the service and carers always going above and beyond

Excellent care. However the expense prohibits us from using more freely.

Mum has live in carers from carefound. One has been with mum for past 18 months. Other has changed numerous times. mum is physically in better health since having them due to their excellent care & providing home cooked food & plentiful supply of tea.

From first point of contact Carefound were exceptional with their knowledge, compassion and understanding, this standard never faltered. The team are amazing taking time to know and understand my mothers needs ( and quirks), they are both kind and patient, particular thanks to Holly, Danny and Lucy
( if I've missed anyone - apologies, you are all fantastic) we would have been lost had we not had Carefound. Thank you, I would not hesitate to highly recommend.

Carefound Carers have made a massive difference to the care of my Dad. Following a stroke last year, it was decided, that he needed a little extra help around the house since his family don't live nearby.
The ladies have been truly amazing! The communication from Head Office is always brilliant
and the ladies that visit Dad have been incredible. Helpful and understanding and always providing just the right level of care. They have gone out of their way to ensure Dad is comfortable and well looked after and as a result means he can stay in his own home for as long as possible, which is something that is very important to him.
As a family, it has been so reassuring and comforting to know that Dad is regularly visited and well looked after. Dad comments on how friendly and kind all the staff have been.
I could not recommend them enough Truly fabulous. Thanks so very much for all your help. It has made a difficult situation a million times easier. We are so grateful!

I formed a very favourable impression of Carefound's services in my capacity as a local medical professional so they were my first choice when looking for home carers for my Mother. We appreciate getting a rota in advance and the carers' punctuality. We have engaged Carefound for over a year and my
Mother is looked after by the same few carers - never more than three but usually only one. The carers are professional but kind.

We have found Carefound to be most professional in their care and understanding of my mothers situation and tailoring the care to her specific needs .
From the start one particular staff member listened to what was needed and appreciated we wanted a gentle approach to a first introduction to
acceptance of a little extra help.
The carer that visits is ' lovely ' in mum and dads words and although she has only been 4 times mum says she feels like she is part of the family.
So thank you !

Well trained good quality carers who have become our friends. Very good in emergency / difficult situations.
Weekly rotas very good & helpful.
Carers have individual strengths and skills and a broad age range.

Been very happy with the service provided. All the carers that visit me are kind and conscientious in their jobs.
Having the carers visit daily has made a huge difference to my quality of life and I always look forward to seeing whoever it is who is due to call.

Mum has had Carefound for a few months now. The care team is usually able to cover most shifts and Mum (as well as family) find the carers are polite and helpful. The carers tend to take their initiative and, using the app, we are kept updated with any issues. On the odd occasion where support has
been required for a last minute scenario (out of the planned care) the team has looked for ways to support, mainly related to GP requests.

We require only minimal assistance at the moment and Carefound have been able to provide just what we have asked for. They have been reliable and consistent. They are easily contactable, act on any feedback and actively seek comments and updates.

This is the start of our home care journey and so far so good, my parents have been very happy with the standard of care received in their home. Visits are timely and the care received is professional and sensitive.

Mum requires 24-hour live-in care and support. The 2 ladies that stay with Mum are amazing. They both bring different things to the package, which I feel helps Mum. They both understand how Mum's mind works and know when she requires her own space. Mum is given the chance to make her own choices and
is assisted to help complete everyday tasks. It has taken time, but Mum now accepts the care in place to keep her at home.

I have an hour’s personal care three times a week, and am very satisfied with the service. The staff are very friendly and helpful and arrive promptly. I would be happy to recommend Carefound to my friends.
