Right at Home are a first class service provider. They provide mum with all she needs, always caring, polite, helpful and always will listen to her needs.
Right at Home give me the support at the drop of a hat whenever I call and ask fir care for mum.

All the carers are lovely and amazing with Mum, I really do appreciate everything they do for her nothing is ever too much trouble. The office and behind the scenes staff are always extremely happy to help, when you call the office they always get back to you when they say they will. Right at Home
are a fantastic care company, who I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to employ carers to look after their loved ones.

Right at Home visit my sister twice a day. She was reluctant to accept care at first but through their warmth & friendliness, she regards them as friends. Although physically fit she suffers from dementia. They are good at finding misplaced items and ensuring she eats. They supervise medication and
change her hearing aid. They give me peace of mind.

The team at Right at Home East Lancashire and Ribble Valley - and they are a team - have been providing care and support to my wife for a couple of years on a daily basis. Both she and I can not speak highly enough of this friendly, caring, professional, local and truly wonderful group of human
beings who provide tailored personal care and support to my wife at our home. They are reliable and go the extra mile every time without asking. The office team are supportive, approachable and proactive. The carers are without exception amazing, caring and loving in equal measure. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else needing care and support. I know I can trust them with my wife's welfare and well-being.

A great service with caring, trustworthy and reliable staff. They've worked with us through issues brought about by my dad's condition with sensitivity and consideration. The office staff keep me up-to-date with any information I may need and are always friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend

My help comes for two hours each Tuesday. She is punctual and polite and I appreciate all the things she does for me. I look forward to her visit and pleasant company and my house is clean and tidy, which I couldn't achieve myself.

I am very grateful to have been rushed from the hospital by my solicitor. I am now very fortunate to be cared for, in my own home, by Right at Home.
I fully agree with their ideals and standard of care, aiming to increase my independence, and soon I may be able to use my equipment and again for
daily showers.
I couldn't do this without the care if my great team of carers.

All the staff have been amazing, kind and patient with Mum, going above and beyond with getting to know her and how to help her. I would not have anyone else provide her care.

An excellent service was provided from the first telephone contact.
Exceptional care was provided on 24/7 basis, I felt my mother was totally cared for. I have no hesitation in saying we received excellent care throughout.

I cannot fault the staff at Right at Home. They are courteous, polite and willing to assist when there is an issue to resolve. On the odd occasion when a staff member is delayed they always inform my auntie which puts her at ease. She says it's like having a family member visiting and that the
experience we as a family required.

I contacted Right at Home in January to support my Mum who had been in hospital following a fall and subsequent hip replacement operation. We’ve been so delighted with the care and support provided (as has my Mum, most importantly) that she continues to have twice weekly visits for help with
cleaning and shopping.
As I live some distance away and can’t visit as often as I’d like, the staff at Right at Home provide Mum with practical help and a regular chat with a friendly face, and me with the peace of mind that my Mum has the support she needs.
All the carers have been friendly, helpful and kind with a ‘nothing too much trouble ‘ attitude.
I would recommend this service to anyone.
