Switched to Bluebird from an appalling different care company so I can judge easily how amazing bluebird are. Excellent carers all kind chatty helpful and engaging. Not only are they all English speaking which is easier for my deaf mother to understand but they are in uniform which does make a
difference. They use their initiative and slip in quietly and efficiently. They look tidy and professional as they are. The administration team who are equally important in.my past experience are 1st class. Small team in same town as we live. Answer phones and e mails and very helpful. Cannot rate highly enough.
Thankyou my 97 year old mum always saying how lovely they are.

Mum has been very happy with the service provided by Bluebird Care. It has been comforting for her to recieve such friendly and professional personal care at her flat. The office staff too have been excellent with the setting up and dealing with any queries or requested changes. It has been
reassuring for us as her family, knowing that she is in good hands. Many thanks!

The lady that came to see me was polite and talkative. I would consider using your service again for friendship if I got lonely. A warm and friendly service.

Very good experience - very professional - uniforms worn at every visit - aprons + gloves always used. Girls all lovely and willing to do anything asked of them. Absolutely nothing to complain about and would recommend your company to anyone in need of your services. Excellent experience.

My experience with Bluebird Care has been very positive. They are all polite and efficient workers. They spend the time to engage with my father as well as do the tasks. Also, Bluebird are excellent with communication over the phone and in person. Also, in regard to email correspondence, excellent
service given.

Bluebird Care has been wonderful to my dad, who is 93. It has taken us time to introduce him to care as he is very independent but it is peace of mind for me and he is very happy and comfortable with the carer who not only gives him support but is already a friend. Nothing is too much trouble and he
is treated with dignity and allowed to remain as independent as possible.

We have experienced excellent care for my parents from Bluebird Care. All the carers have been punctual, kind and considerate. They have helped out preparing meals and helping my mum to shower and dress.

Excellent care. My mum didn't stop talking about how nice the carers were. They did everything she needed and were also very good at just listening and talking to her when she needed it. The whole service from Bluebird Care is outstanding.

The service we receive from Bluebird Care is fantastic. All the carers are so friendly, helpful and treat Mum in such a dignified and caring way. As a family, we have complete peace of mind that Mum is in safe hands. All of the office team are quick to respond to emails if we have any questions. The
new online app is also great as I can see any information I need if I'm away from home.

We have been working with Bluebird Care Aylesbury now for a couple of years and have found both the management team and the care team members very pleasant and helpful to work with.
They have been very accommodating to changes as the needs of my mother and her partner have flexed and changed over a
period of time and have always maintained regular reviews with both myself and my mother and her partner to make sure they get the most appropriate level of care to their needs.
On top of that, the carers that visit are always very friendly and helpful with some of the more regular team members becoming fond friends of my mother and her partner.
Thanks to all the team at Bluebird.

The carers who look after my dad are very kind and considerate. The office team promptly deal with any concerns and feedback. Bluebird Care has supported us in looking after my dad at home over the past 4 years and for this, we as a family, are very grateful. I would recommend this company to others

I was fortunate for the hard work Bluebird Care put into pairing me up with my regular carer. he is ideal for my needs, always showing me courtesy when providing support. I need to do regular things such as shopping and other occasional things such as posting or collecting something. I get things
done with him in the background if I need help or advice so have to say my quality of life is so much better with the support I get from Bluebird Care.

For two years Bluebird were the carers for my client until I took over full-time care in May of this year. They now cover when I am on holiday. My client is extremely satisfied with the service from the staff. Everyone who visits her is efficient, caring and very friendly.

Bluebird Care Aylesbury have been visiting my dad once a day to assist him with washing/dressing etc. in the morning to take some of the pressure off my mum. We have been very impressed with the service they provide from the very first assessment visit. The girls in the office are always very
helpful and accommodating if we have to alter times for other appointments etc. Everyone one of the carers has been excellent. My dad likes to chat and they are all really friendly as well as being proficient at what they do. Bluebird touch base with my parents regularly to make sure they are still happy with everything. It is a relief to us as a family to know that he is in such good hands.
