When I came out of hospital I decided I would need some care and I got Phoenix Care for care in washing in the mornings. They all without exception have been great fantastic, gentle, and careful of my needs. I couldn't have asked for a more caring group of people. I am very happy with all of them.

All staff members have been very kind and caring towards my mother over all the years they have looked after her. The consistency of care and regular familiar friendly faces has been of enormous help. They do an excellent job caring for a lady who is very vulnerable with severe physical needs as
well as dementia; our family is very grateful to feel that she is in safe hands, giving us peace of mind.

The girls were always respectful of dad , kept his dignity , gave mum time and comfort, easy to chat to and made dads last few months as comfortable as possible with their care and jolly personality's

Phoenix Care Staff looked after my dad from December 24 until he sadly passed away April 25. They allowed a proud man to maintain his dignity throughout their personal care. My parents and the rest of our family were totally comfortable and happy with the team who carried out his care. They
genuinely care about their clients and it's quite evident that they all love their work and respect the Management. We have nothing but praise for this Company and highly recommend them to anyone requiring care.

Pheonix have always been accommodating in supporting us as a family to support my Granny.
The carers are great and often keep us updated during the visits if there are concerns. They are engaging with Granny too.

My 94 year old mother is under the care of Phoenix and as such have always found the care provided by them to be professional and most importantly caring. On many occasions individuals within the company have gone what I would consider well beyond the call of duty, whether that be helping with
visits to the Doctor or assisting with annual vaccinations or other sundry matters. As such I would have no hesitation in recommending Phoenix as a company.

Phoenix have cared for my mum for many years. She loves everyone who cares for her. They treat her as though she was their family which means so much to myself and my brother. We both know that when we can't visit mum she will be given the best care.

I am very pleased with the care I receive, the best thing about my care is I have the same carers at the times I agreed. They will take me to the doctor's, dentist, hospital appointments shopping and the garden centre for a coffee and a bun. They are amazing and will do anything for me I have built
up a good relationship with them.

I cannot rate Phoenix Care enough! They are fantastic care providers that go above and beyond with their care services, nothing was too much trouble for mums requirements. They gave my mum the care, dignity and support she required to stay in her own home. We as a family classed Phoenix Care as
family.

Very good always on time very helpful and friendly staff.
A great help to me, could not manage without their help they do such a lot for my auntie including her shopping as she is bed-bound. Would highly recommend to anyone needing help with an elderly family member.

Phoenix Care have done everything they could to ensure Mum's complex needs have been attended to with care, empathy and diligence. We are extremely pleased with the management, carers and the high quality of service.

This company cares for my father-in-law, he has been under their care for the last few months. I'm very happy with how all the carers conduct themselves and with all the care which he receives from them all.

All the care staff are very friendly and helpful. They do not hesitate to go the extra mile under their own volition. My mum looks forward to their visits as they really cheer her up. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new care provider.

Phoenix care provided Homecare for my mother for several years. Throughout these years the staff have been professional, caring, supportive and instrumental in allowing my mother to spend her last years in her own home. Having carers coming into a family home can be intrusive, yet phoenix care were
always respectful and their presence was always welcome. They have always had a flexible approach in ensuring that my mother received the care she needed and were always respectful of her wishes. The consistency of staff over the years allowed many of the staff to become my mother's friends, sharing in celebrations, and tragedies with compassion and empathy.
I would, without any reservation, recommend Phoenix care to anyone requiring home care for them or their loved ones. It is only when you see the difference good home care can make, do you truly appreciate the value.

We find Phoenix care to provide a professional service to my mother. Good communication is kept with the family as a whole.
My wife was a senior care manager within the Social care sector for 30 years and therefore is able to assess and monitor the performance and care of the organisation on a day
to day basis,
The staff arrange all mum's medical requirements and arrange the wording of medicines etc.
We seem to have a good rapport with management and care staff at all times.
Mum on the main would seem to have a very good report with the careers on a day to day basis,
We are also very pleased with the ability of the administration in relation to clear and correct billing.
Overall we are very happy with Phoenix Care.

This care company is amazing. We were lucky enough to be able to change from an inadequate care provider to Phoenix, and wow! What a difference it has made. We now have regular visits, at regular times and all care needs are met. And so much more than that. The carers have all been so kind and
thoughtful with my mother-in-law, it's made a positive difference to her and us. They've arranged extra things like automating medication deliveries, and have been happy to help with other things too. Our mother-in-law lives a distance from us so it's been a godsend to have trust in what they are providing - a stark contrast to the previous company. The manager has been amazing too, helping to arrange a smooth transition, and they all deserve medals. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company, they seem to treat the staff well and understand how to run an effective and efficient care service. Thank you all.
