Bluebird Care Chichester have recently started to visit my sister who has dementia. From the setting up of the care to the day to day visits I have been very impressed. There has been a few teething problems due to my sister's needs but these have been sort efficiently by the office staff and
carers. My sister has commented 'they are all very nice'

I continue to be very pleased with the care provided by Bluebird Care Chichester. I feel that the staff and management are genuinely interested in the well-being of their clients.

The carers have been very helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and the tasks they're asked to do are very well done; one of them even mended the lid of my CD player which cleaners had knocked askew - and I'm not practical.
I've had enjoyable chats with them so that I look forward to
seeing them as I would if they were actual friends (which, in a way, they are).

Now bedbound, I have been using Bluebird Care for some eight months and during that time, they have collectively and significantly exceeded my expectations. Without exception, the carers are capable, competent, cheerful and, as expected, most caring, always treating me with respect and as an
individual. The organisation, administration and supervision experienced and are also of a very high standard. Despite needing two carers at a time, I have never been let down. Care, records and on-site individual performance checks are routinely carried out. In all, this is a first-class organisation staffed by good people, reliably performing care to a very high standard.

Bluebird Care Chichester has provided support for us at every step. The management is well-organised, responsive, caring and extremely efficient. The carers are very capable showing sensitivity and professionalism. There is clearly excellent training. The app is excellent, enabling staff and family
to monitor, communicate and liaise with regard to care. At all times, there has been advice, prompt communication and solutions to issues. Overall, this has been a very rewarding experience that has helped and supported us all at all times. Thank you.

Friendly, reliable service. Nothing is too much trouble.
Only disappointment in the service, to date, was we requested at least one female to attend at the weekends, not all males, so I could have a strip wash - after two weeks, no change. My daughter had to ring to sort it out - no reason or
apology was given.

All carers are kind and considerate and nothing is too much trouble. The carer leaves a note for food required and this is shopped every Tuesday. They all work together to make sure everything is catered for.

Lovely people, who are always prompt and very reliable, with helpful advice and extra pairs of eyes to spot problems. We like having familiar carers who we have got to know. We are very grateful for their help.

The standard of care, behaviours, manner, humour, general "niceness" are excellent in all the helpers I have seen since joining Bluebird Care! Far exceeding the other company I had before my accident. I hope to be with you all for a long time.

Professional and empathic carers. If a quick decision on a concern was required carers contacted me direct by phone rather than delay by going through their office. Timings of visits can be inaccurate but that was not a problem for my mum. However, visits for facilitating appointments were always on
time. A very good experience overall.

Very good experience overall. Have had problems with the times of call but now seemed to have cracked that problem and settling down nicely.

All carers give my husband very good care and are supportive of me too. They are polite and professional whilst, at the same time, being relaxed and friendly and fit into the home environment. Generally punctual but sometimes they do not come at the appointed time by up to half an hour because their
schedule has been amended but we have not been advised.

I have a carer for just half a week and find his/her help invaluable, bathing me and washing my hair as I have restricted arm movement. I have always found the carers to be extremely competent, friendly and thoroughly enjoy their company.

Mum is still pretty independent but has vision difficulties and hallucinations. The carers who see her most often are brilliant about noticing when her mood is down because of this and their daily notes help to prepare me for when I call her. No complaints at all.

The carers are all so very conscientious, caring and compassionate. Excellent listeners, fun and laughter every day. Often going above and beyond their duties.
They are all very reliable and dependable.
The management of the company is very understanding, helpful, very professional with
