Now bedbound, I have been using Bluebird Care for some eight months and during that time, they have collectively and significantly exceeded my expectations. Without exception, the carers are capable, competent, cheerful and, as expected, most caring, always treating me with respect and as an individual. The organisation, administration and supervision experienced and are also of a very high standard. Despite needing two carers at a time, I have never been let down. Care, records and on-site individual performance checks are routinely carried out. In all, this is a first-class organisation staffed by good people, reliably performing care to a very high standard.
