Professional and empathic carers. If a quick decision on a concern was required carers contacted me direct by phone rather than delay by going through their office. Timings of visits can be inaccurate but that was not a problem for my mum. However, visits for facilitating appointments were always on time. A very good experience overall.

Very good experience overall. Have had problems with the times of call but now seemed to have cracked that problem and settling down nicely.

All carers give my husband very good care and are supportive of me too. They are polite and professional whilst, at the same time, being relaxed and friendly and fit into the home environment. Generally punctual but sometimes they do not come at the appointed time by up to half an hour because their schedule has been amended but we have not been advised.

I have a carer for just half a week and find his/her help invaluable, bathing me and washing my hair as I have restricted arm movement. I have always found the carers to be extremely competent, friendly and thoroughly enjoy their company.

Mum is still pretty independent but has vision difficulties and hallucinations. The carers who see her most often are brilliant about noticing when her mood is down because of this and their daily notes help to prepare me for when I call her. No complaints at all.

I find the carers thoughtful and very efficient. No problems at all.

Had a very positive experience with Bluebird Carers. My grandmother was very reluctant to have carers at first but they were brilliant and patient with her and she very quickly grew to enjoy their visits and she built some good relationships. The app also meant I had daily updates on the visits which was really helpful. All staff I had contact with were really friendly and helpful. An all round positive experience.

After receiving a major operation just before Christmas, I very much needed help with personal care when I came home. All the Bluebird girls were friendly and very experienced at giving care and confidence to me for the future.

I had 3/4 hours a.m for getting up and dressed. The time given was on average 10.30 which was the time I was given but not the time I wanted. I wanted earlier. P.M visit was 1/2 hours at 7pm which was too early for me. I never got it any later. I was told three carers I would be given but it turned out to be nine. The staff were good but I had to repeat everything every session. I may have liked another week's care but if I did I would have had to pay for another four weeks. This is a very poor money-making policy. I had no choice in having an extra week or paying for four weeks. I paid just over £1000 for 13 3/4 hours and 13 1/2 hours p.m. It was over the Christmas Period but the private price is too much for most budgets. If the staff are paid greater than other agencies I would feel better but I do not think they do. The staff were nice and did as I asked but the amount of different girls worried me.

Unfortunately I do find it expensive and my funds will only allow me to have one out once a week - on a Tuesday morning.

Bluebird Care are a very professional and caring company. The help given to our dad is invaluable and so very much appreciated.

We get no help with cost from local authorities and cost is a big factor which may mean moving forward I need to adjust the care provided, but right now very happy.

My father has been receiving morning and evening care visits from Bluebird Care Chichester for a few years. He is stubbornly independent and very sociable. They respect this and only help where needed and include time for lovely chats - he enjoys their friendly visits. Recently his needs have increased and both office staff and carers have provided excellent service, making sure he is kept safe whilst still being respectful. For my part, as his main ‘carer’, I definitely feel supported by them. I can always get them on the phone, and the app is brilliant for keeping an eye on him; it shows care plans, up-to-date rotas and the notes following each carer’s visit upload immediately. I’m very happy to recommend them.

Bluebird Care Chichester has provided an excellent service over the last few years. The staff are well trained, hard-working and take the time to talk with my mother which provides a vital social contact. The office and management staff are always available to discuss the care plan and where possible, implement any changes rapidly.

Overall, My experience with the carers, staff and manager have been quite exemplary! It’s such a blessing to have their daily assistance. My family and canines are eternally grateful. Seem to be on our wavelength!

I am extremely happy with the helpers who call on me twice a week. They are always punctual, always cheerful and I take pleasure in their company and help. My grateful thanks to all concerned.

Bluebird have been providing twice daily care for my mother since she damaged the nerve in her hand. The carers spend time with Mum to chat and have made the effort to get to know her. Any initial teething problems were quickly addressed and the app provides an efficient way of communicating.

I have found Bluebird Care Chichester to be helpful and accommodated any chances I have made on behalf of my friend. they have been first class. Even though this is the first month of their care.
