The management team have always tried hard to ensure that they can provide care for all shifts even when they have been stretched due to staff sickness, like all in the care sector they work under difficult circumstances but are always cheerful and willing to help in any way they can within their restrictions.

Bluebird Care provided 2 weeks of care support to my wife at short notice after our chosen care company could not start on the agreed date. All the carers were professional and treated my wife with excellent care, maintaining her dignity at all times and being very sensitive to her moods and needs. Your two managers involved were totally helpful and understanding of our family situation and are to be fully commended for their help and sensitivity to our family needs. I can't thank them enough.

Bluebird staff always treated my mother with respect and kindness, they were always helpful. My mother has Alzheimer's and although she forgets things she was always pleased to see them. They gave her, her tablets. When my mother had a fall they were extremely helpful and arranged for a nurse to call to dress her wounds. All in all very satisfied with the service provided.

Bluebird Care gave excellent care to my father and stepmother, in difficult times. Their carers were kind, caring and willing to adapt to situations. Their manager went above and beyond to keep my father safe. My only criticism would be the 28 days notice in stopping care which is difficult whilst dealing with bereavement and settling estate.

After contacting Bluebird Care, seeking urgent care for looking after my mother, due to my father going into hospital and being unwell on discharge and struggling to help my mother with her daily routine. Bluebird Care were very quick to help us all get carers in on a regular daily basis, they accommodated the hours we were after and now Mum is getting used to her regular carers she appears more than happy with everyone. The office staff have been so helpful in sorting things and times out for us, which is appreciated very much. Thank you, everyone.

This has been an excellent company to deal with, helpful and caring staff, good supervision, always cooperative and willing to discuss changes in care needs in a positive way. A tiny tiny negative would be the company policy of charging for cancelled visits even two or three weeks ahead but this is outside the control of the care staff team themselves who have been quite brilliant. Feeling frail and in pain from a heavy fall, I arranged with Bluebird for help with showers and hair washing. I was apprehensive, never having accepted personal care before, but it all went splendidly. I am showering without help now and my confidence is restored. I look forward to my always cheerful helpers and will miss them when they have to go.

The supervisor did the assessment for the care of my mum. He took the time to explain what the carer would be expected to do and how to use the app so I could see what was happening. I was so impressed I agreed for Bluebird agency to do the caring straight away. There was no pressure and to date, I have been totally satisfied with his communication with me. I feel I can contact him at any time with any concerns I may have, he also contacts me, a really lovely man.

We have been using Bluebird to look after my friend, who has vascular dementia, for over about a year now. Initially, we had domiciliary care each day but it became apparent more was required and Bluebird were able to switch the care plan and has provided two outstanding carers who have done a magnificent job in coping with the ever-changing nature of the condition. Bluebird have been responsive to our needs and helpful in discussing detail and changes to the care plan.

Really pleased with all aspects of the care. From the moment we had the first meeting, I felt that my mother was going to be in good hands. The carers are supportive and encourage my mum to be independent. They take her out for a couple of hours which means so much to her when she is in a flat on her own. What started as a daunting experience has made the biggest impact.
