Every carer who visited my Mum treated her with the utmost respect. They never hurried her and were always encouraging. They paid her compliments and remembered her on her birthday and at Christmas with gifts and cards. The carers were supportive of the whole family often going above and beyond. They were amazing when things took a downward turn, giving sound advice regarding Mums ongoing care. On occasions when an ambulance was required they took charge relieving family of that additional stress. Cant recommend them highly enough.

We have been using this company for the last 3 months for my mum. I cannot express in words how well they look after her and how much more relaxed i am knowing the same staff are checking in twice a day and reporting back to me. The app they use so that we can see how she is following each visit is so very helpful. Recently on arrival in the morning, mum was struggling to breath, the quick action and care given, calling the emergency services and staying with her until they and myself had managed to arrive, can not be commended enough. I would without doubt with total confidence recommend this company.

Total commitment by the Carers in providing a professional and efficient service. All needs were met including some that were not on the care plan. My family were more than happy with the service provided.

Dad has been using this lovely company for a few months to administer his medication due to confusion. They always turn up at the scheduled time and introduce a new carer to Dad if they will be seeing him. Dad loves the carers and having a chat with them. The app that is used is fantastic and is another form of communication and keeps us updated. The office will always make us aware of anything a carer has noticed or a problem with Dad. I would whole heartedly recommend this company as they are efficient, friendly, and very caring and we know Dad is in safe hands.

When my mum required care at home there was only one company I considered. Having previously met the ladies there was nobody I'd trust more to look after her. She is treated as if she was their own mum, with care, love and dignity. Nothing is too much trouble and the communication to our family is excellent. If you require care for a family member then look no further.

The time came for our Mum to have help at home due to her increasing mobility issues. We contacted Personal Choice Carers who came to see Mum and assess her needs very quickly. They started to visit her very soon after. From our point of view, they have been extremely helpful and supportive from day one in ensuring that our Mum receives the right level of care that she needs. They set up a What'sApp Group to allow us to communicate with them easily as well as providing access to the Birdie App so we can see information on each carer visit. We can also call them on their duty phone number. This has really provided so much piece of mind. More importantly, the care that they provide to our Mum is the perfect combination of being friendly, caring and professional while ensuring that our Mum retains her dignity. They always go above and beyond. From our Mum's point of view she thinks that the carers are 'all lovely'! We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

My mum is in the later stages of her illness, Frontal Temporal Dementia. We as a family, were starting to feel the strain. Personal Choice started helping us and I cannot put into words how much of a relief it has been. The girls have been an absolute godsend. They are patient, kind, caring, reliable and have given us the chance to spend more quality time with Mum. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I would not hesitate to recommend them. A massive thank you girls, you truly are amazing.

The service we receive from Personal Choice Carers is crucial in enabling my mum to continue living in her own home with advanced Alzheimer's. The team are kind and patient, Mum is always very happy to see the carers. They have a good amount of knowledge and experience with regards to Mum's illness and have a great balance of being both friendly and professional. The whole family can feel comforted in the knowledge that Mum is being well cared for.

The carers are first class. There is nothing at all is too much trouble for them. I could not do without them now. Very hard working, and nothing is too much trouble for them, I could not wish for better carers.

Choice Carers have been a godsend for Mum. They are so caring and professional. As well as performing their tasks with the utmost professionalism, they take time to talk to Mum and really make a difference to her day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of using carers for themselves or for loved ones.

We were very lucky that Personal Choice were recommended to us and we could not be happier. The quality of care and professionalism is excellent. From the first contact we knew we had found the right people, they visited us to discuss what Dad needed and for Dad to get to know them. The carers are so kind and caring towards Dad and the management are amazingly efficient in dealing with any issues and keeping us informed. A fantastic company that I would highly recommend.

This team of great carers started on January 2021 when I had just come out of hospital. I could not walk or feed myself, I was bedbound. On the first day, they hoisted me from the bed to commode, this was the first time in eight months and they did this on every call 4 times each day. When physios came, they asked if they could help me in any way. The physios said it would be a great help if you could help with my exercises, which you did, I am so lucky to have these lovely carers. Without their help I would not be at the stage I am now. I can walk a short distance with my frame around our home now. Bless these well-trained ladies for helping me.

Personal Choice Carers are amazing. We were not happy with my Mum's old carers and fortunately, my mum's friends recommended Personal Choice Carers. They are so kind and really look after my mum. If they have any concerns about my mum, they message us so we are able to help. They speak so nicely to my mum and chat about the topics that interest her. They go out of their way to care for her so kindly and make sure my mum is safe and happy. We can't thank them enough for all they do and it is wonderful my mum is getting the best care available.

Personal Choice Carers at Home have been caring for my mum, who has dementia, since the beginning of September this year. The manager and her team are excellent, so supportive, caring and always very punctual. Mum is enjoying her visits and we, as a family, are so grateful to have found them.

Personal choice carers have looked after my mum for the last ten years due to her Dementia. My mum's Dementia has progressed leading to her going into a nursing home. Whilst supported by Personal Choice, mum was able to stay in her own home longer than most, which is a testament to this care agency. The agency is well run by the manager, and I cannot recommend them enough as they have always been excellent throughout this time, reliable and trustworthy. My mum loved all the staff and they treated her with great care, kindness, dignity and compassion.

Highly recommend the Manager and her wonderful team, they looked after my mum for nearly six years after her stroke. They are all very caring, punctual and always updated if they thought there were any problems that I should know about. We can’t thank you enough for making sure mum was cared for in a dignified way, as that was so important to her.
