Charlotte and her team do an excellent job caring for Betty and John. Without them Betty would not have recovered or be here with us today.
They treat Betty and John like family. Nothing is too much trouble. I am extremely grateful for everything they do as it relieves the pressure off the family.

My husband has been looked after by Everycare for nearly three years, following recommendations from two friends. We have been very happy with the help and support they have given, both to him and myself.
Over recent months, his condition has deteriorated steadily, but there is never a problem
amending his care plan accordingly. The carers are friendly and professional and always treat him with respect. The management is very approachable, and deal with any minor issues promptly.

I'm treated with respect and dignity from the carers. The generally arrive on time, if they are delayed I'm notified. The office staff are extremely helpful and resolve any issues I have easily and quickly.

My needs has been changing in the 2 years the carers have been coming. They are all pleasant and competent and I enjoy their visits. Its is not easy to adapt my requests to their unique skills. Some individuals are especially interesting company, helpful escorting me to appointments and taking me
for walks around the garden. There has been times to get to know another better as we enjoy each others company, and they understand my company.

Very helpful. My carer is very considerate in helping me to get in and out of showers which is tricky. She is here on time and does everything to make me feel comfortable. First class.

First class care company, we had 3 months of excellent attention from the two carers. If we need help in the future, then Everycare will be our first choice.

Having looked after my aunt for around 2 years ago, I called Everycare to see if they could step in very quickly, at very short notice, to look after my mother after she came home from hospital and was let down very badly by the carers arranged by the hospital discharge team. Once again, Everycare
came to my rescue and arranged care for her at very short notice. The carers are professional and caring. Most importantly, they communicate very well with my mother and with the Everycare office team, who in turn, are excellent in reporting any concerns to me. I cannot thank them enough!

Happy with the care my father receives. Carers do a thorough job and spend the whole call with him. They are friendly and professional.

My sister-in-law is currently having carers come in three times a day. All are extremely kind and helpful towards her. I also used the agency for my mother a few years ago and they were amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you all.
