The staff at Right at home are caring, friendly and attentive which is just what we need for mum.
As I live some distance away from mum I feel confident knowing that she is being looked after. We get daily updates on how mum is and what she has been doing.
We would highly recommend Right at home.

We would recommend Right At Home if you're looking for compassionate, respectful professional care. The Team listen to the changing needs for mum, and now dad too, as he has his own daily carers. The carers are always respectful and kind, happy to oblige, and advise family of any situation needing
further attention. Our family feels that mum and dad can remain relatively independent in the Right At Home carers' capable hands.

My Dad is a tricky man to look after these days and his carer is wonderful with him. She is super kind, patient and understanding, adapting what she does to his demeanour each visit. I have found Right at home very supportive and flexible.

After already using Right at Home for our parents , we automatically asked them to help with our Auntie. Although her needs were different, they accommodated our requests and her needs which are continually changing. They totally understand what is needed for her care and support and will contact
and make us aware if they feel a situation needs further attention. I would totally recommend Right at Home, they are vital for our families peace of mind, knowing Auntie is being well looked after.

I've been using this provider for a year for my mum and now using them for my dad too.
All the staff are very accommodating and nothing is too much trouble.
My family feel same in the assurance that my mum and dad are in capable hands.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a care

I have been a client/user since October 2022. The service provided has been professional, friendly, and efficient. The carers have always been kind, and acutely aware of my needs, and ensure the assistance I get is relevant and correctly catalogued. The use of PPE is always of the highest standard,
and it is always considerately disposed of. I would highly recommend Right at Home to anyone contemplating sourcing a service of this kind. They really do go above and beyond, and in my view represent extremely good value for money.

I highly recommend Right at Home. What attracted us to this team was the commitment to a minimum of 1-hour visits, personalised care and the option to evolve support as care needs changed. The team provided support for my Dad over a period of two and a half years. He loved all the team who respected
him as a person and enabled him to stay in his own home. We started with a weekly companionship visit and moved inevitably to end-of-life care. In the last few months, we were supported as a family to coordinate care with local NHS services so my Dad could die as he wanted at home with family at his side after a short spell in hospital. The dedication shown by the carers we had a close relationship with in those last few weeks made a sad situation more bearable. It was a service worth investing in for peace of mind and quality of life for my Dad and for us as a family as we lived outside the local area. The team were responsive and easy to contact. We will miss them.

Right at home have cared for my mum since she had a stroke in 2021.
At first, we had 3 visits a day, then as the carers helped her gain independence this reduced to fewer visits and in recent months up to her passing Right at Home provided live-in care for 7 weeks.
All carers we have had were
exceptionally good and are professional and caring.
The agency is very family-friendly and flexible and I cannot recommend them more highly.
The owner is very engaged and helpful and went out of his way to find us a full-time carer for Mum to enable her to remain at home in her final weeks.

After having some horrendous “carers” for my dear Mum we decided to go with Right At Home, the best decision ever! The carers are wonderful and are so caring for my Mum, they feel like family. I can honestly say the fact that my Mum is still alive is down to them. Amazing company. Can't praise the

My parent has been receiving excellent care from the team at Right At Home over the past few years, initially just once a week but over the last year once a day. All the carers they have had have been brilliant, especially their main carer and goes above and beyond to make sure they have everything
they need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is needing care in the home.

Right at Home looked after my nan who had late-stage dementia. The carers were amazing and built a fantastic relationship with her. The management team ensured that she had continuity of care and that we were always updated with how things were going. Staff provided invaluable support during a very

As my husband's dementia increased, he has had invaluable support from his three carers from Right at Home. They helped me with his personal care and household chores, and he particularly enjoyed being taken on little outings. He always seemed brighter after their visits.
Sadly, the time has come
for my husband to move into a care home; but I am grateful to our carers for helping to make his last few years at home reasonably contented and stimulating. They were always patient, sensible and cheerful. They were good friends to both of us. I shall miss them.

Right at Home have been excellent with my parents. I live overseas and it is such a comfort to know the carers are going in and taking such good care of them. The carers are patient and flexible to my parents requirements and have spent time understanding they individual needs. It is not an easy job
to balance the right care and acceptance of my parents to help, Right at Home carers have absolutely supported this journey.

Thank you Right at Home ladies for the way you look after our mum. Mum has dementia and everyone treats her with such care it takes the worry away from the family. Mum was married for 63 years until Dad passed in 2019, she sometimes gets upset and confused as to where Dad is but you ladies comfort
her. This means a lot to us as a family and makes a difference to Mum. If asked if she wants a drink or something to eat 9 out of 10 times she says no, but you know how to get around this, and 9 times out of 10 she will have a drink and something to eat. It took her some time to get used to people coming into her home. I'm sure she made it difficult for you ladies at first, but now she looks forward to your visits. We also want to thank the office staff who are always there when needed. Thank you everyone we wouldn't be without you. The app is brilliant to keep us updated with how Mum has been and we can react to the comments. Thank you.

Having recently been discharged from hospital and having heard Right at Home provided an excellent service I contacted them and I received brilliant personal care. I would not hesitate to recommend the service to friends or family. Personal care means just that and I was treated with dignity and
respect at all times.

As an elderly frail 98-year-old living independently with limited mobility, I need assistance with my daily activities. I routinely receive care for one hour each day; primarily to assist with bathing and dressing. I have comfort in knowing who will be attending in advance and have a consistent team
of carers over the week. The care and attention I receive are exemplary and personalised to my individual requirements. Each and every carer always shows me the utmost respect, whilst being naturally friendly and approachable.
Every carer has shown dedication and empathy to my personal circumstances and each is equally flexible when asked to do something different or new. Many times my carers have gone beyond what I would expect and they each demonstrate to me that they truly care for my health and welfare.
I would and have recommended Right at Home (South Trafford) to others considering employing carers to undertake home visits.

We have been very pleased with the service provided to my mother over the last twelve months from Right at Home. The carers are really good and passionate about their roles. They treat my mum more like a friend than a client. Mum really enjoys their visits. For the last few weeks, we have had
overnight care for mum. They have all been lovely - going above and beyond to make sure mum is well and safe. We cannot recommend Right at Home highly enough.

Right at Home has provided exceptional care for my mother, who was sent home from the hospital on palliative care last year. Each and every one of the carers who have been involved with my mother's ongoing care has been wonderful. They are all caring, kind, competent, knowledgeable, mature, and they
have all ensured that a long, and sometimes difficult process, has been made much easier by their collective actions.
We have been confident that our mother has been in extremely good hands during any family absences, and they have offered her not just practical help, such as washing, eating, cleaning, but also they have been lovely in looking after her dog, and also her mental wellbeing. We cannot recommend Right at Home enough and all the wonderful carers who work there.
If you are looking for an organisation to care kindly and compassionately for your loved one, then Right at Home is definitely worth considering; they are a wonderful organisation.
