On Saturdays usually they send 1 carer but mum helps, the day before we get a message from the manager asking to send a new carer as 2 people need to use the new hoist, I messaged saying I dont want a new carer my 2 regular carers are fine but was left on read no reply. Without permission the new
carer came and mum sent the new carer away and my regular carer left saying she goes I go as the moving and handling requires 2 people, my mum asked about my personal care, the carer left saying ask the manager. We rang the manager to tell her mum would handle the hoist with the carer, she refused and we requested her to send the carers for personal care, she refused again saying send a letter that mum was accountable if something happened and not them. 1.5 hours later care was sent. I desperately needed the bathroom but was refused care for 1.5 hours. This made me realise I need to leave even after being with them 10 years. Personal care and moving and handling should have been kept separate.

The level of care I receive is excellent. The carers are always on time and perform their duties professionally. I consider my carers to also be my friends. Nothing is ever too much trouble. An all round excellent company.

Life-Line Care 4 U provided compassionate care for my daughter. The staff was attentive, respectful and consistently went above and beyond. Their support brought us peace of mind during a difficult time. I highly recommend their services to any family seeking trustworthy home care.

I have a good relationship with the carers and managers of Lifeline Care 4 U. As the needs of my mother and father-in-law change, they are always happy to suggest or agree new ways to help them. They care very well for them and treat them with dignity. If the carers have any concerns, they are happy
to contact me. We work well together to support my family with the challenges of looking after both of my in-laws with Alzheimer's disease. We couldn't do it without them.

I have had the same support workers for 8 years. I believe it is the best decision made to use services from this company! I have regular support workers who attend daily ensuring I am supported in all aspects from personal care, medications, appointments, meals and outreach support. They're just

LifeLine Care 4 U has always been supportive and helpful.
For the last 3 years, the management and staff have been wonderful with outstanding service.
My mother-in-law has always been given the care she needs and we feel safe with Lifeline Care 4 U.

Life-Line Care 4 U is an excellent organisation that has been providing services for my disabled son for a number of years. The staff are all good and friendly. The current carer is wonderful, always punctual and will arrive with a smile. My son always looks forward to the carer's visits. She treats
him with kindness and respect. She will go the extra mile when needed. I cannot fault Life-Line Care 4 U. My son enjoys attending the daycare centre and enjoys the soft play area and interacting with the staff there. I would recommend this place for care services.

We have double support workers who assist my aunty with care 4 times a day. We have always had a visit when it is due.
They are punctual, well-trained and highly professional.
The care workers assist with medication as well as ensuring my aunty's hygiene is maintained. We are ever so grateful
for the manager in making sure the care workers are managed well, ensuring we receive an excellent service as well as being approachable. So we have that peace of mind.

I enjoy seeing all the staff who all treat me with dignity and respect, our daily carer always goes above and beyond to ensure I am well looked after, not just by himself but all the other carers as well, we feel very lucky to have him working with me.

Our workers are like clockwork they know the routine and are very kind. Very good timing - very thoughtful.

My son has been a service user for a number of years. He always looks forward to going there, he has plenty to do, great facilities and great, friendly and highly professional staff. This place is a great benefit for people of all ages and different needs are always met.

this place for anybody and everybody.

Gets very excited to arrive at the day centre and thoroughly enjoys himself. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, they do an excellent job.
