We are so grateful for the care Right at Home (Brentwood, Billericay & Rayleigh) provides for my mother. They treat her with such dignity and respect and have made a huge difference to her quality of life. The management team is very responsive and always listens to our specific needs. I would

Right at Home have helped me in many ways to care for mum at home. The office staff are always helpful and the carers care for mum with dignity, mum is very happy with her care which puts my mind at rest, R at h are always there for me and I cannot fault their service.

I find all services from Right at Home to be of an excellent first class standard.
The office are always helpful and polite.
The carers are all respectful, careful of my property, punctual and attentive to my needs and requirements.
The management team take a continual interest of my requirements
and suit my care attention accordingly.

Right at home are an amazing care company. Having swapped carers, the difference was apparent on the first day. The carers, "care" and do what's right for the client (my mum) they all use common sense and care for my mum as I would, which makes me feel confident with her in their hands. Amazing!

I would highly recommend the whole team at 'right at home'. Their care and communication is excellent. It puts the family’s minds at rest that mum is so well looked after. They have become a brilliant part of the team caring for Mum so she can remain in her own home. Mum's support network is family

We have been extremely pleased with the care received for my step father. All the staff were professional, trustworthy, punctual and friendly. We have had a lot of changes to care schedules over the months and these were handled promptly and obligingly by the office staff.
Communication between
family and caregivers/office staff was very good and the ability to use an app to view details of each visit was invaluable. We felt that Right at Home was an extension of family and that they often went above and beyond for clients and families.
We noted that each caregiver made a real effort to get to know my stepfather and alter food choices and activities to suit his needs together with maintaining his dignity. The carers gave support, advice, and suggestions which were much appreciated by friends and family. The level of care, support, and friendship were exceptional and we honestly don't know how we would have coped without them.

I chose Right at Home after researching online and reading their reviews. I can honestly say I could not have chosen a better care provider. My mother has found all of the carers to be friendly and helpful and enjoys their visits from my side. It feels like I'm talking to family when I phone the
office and nothing is too much trouble. It's beyond reassuring to have them.

Right at Home is a good company. I was resistant to having anyone coming at first. But all of the carers have been lovely and friendly. I enjoy their company. They have been really helpful in supporting me with my hospital appointments too. I cannot rate them highly enough.

We have only just started using the services of Right at Home after using another care company. We found the level of care provided by the previous care company to be so awful we thought the only thing that we could do to keep Dad safe and happy was to think about residential care. The care he has
had has been so much better than before and has totally changed our views on his future. They genuinely care for him, talk to him and look after him. It doesn’t seem to be just a job that needs to be fine for any of the carers we have met. They all go above and beyond for him and us as a family.

Right at Home provides caring and responsive support for my mother. They have worked well with the family to adapt the care plan as requirements have changed. All of the carers who visit are friendly and responsive to my mother's needs. Notes on attendance are detailed and informative. It is clear
that each carer reads the notes from the previous visits. The carers work well with the family and other visitors such as the District Nurse. The administrative support is exemplary and very responsive to changes in arrangements. Communication by email or telephone is good. A pleasant company to work with.

Right at Home has cared for my mother-in-law for five years. THeir carers are professional, respectful, resourceful and efficient. Their professional manner shows in their attention to detail. Carers raise concerns effectively to the admin team who contact the family immediately. The care given is
consistent. Timekeeping is good and communication excellent. The company has an app which families have access to; schedule of care is useful and the carers' notes are available after every visit. Right at Home is run well; the office staff can be contacted by phone or email and requests from families are always accommodated. There is an out-of-hours service which we have used. Information is shared promptly with the day time staff.
This is an excellent provider which we can trust and feel that our relative is safe in their care.

I was recommended Right at Home care service and was immediately impressed by the care manager and her caring approach.
All of Mum's carers are friendly, capable, caring, punctual, polite and respectful of Mum's needs and personal likes/dislikes.
Everything has been great - easy to communicate
with the office - things dealt with promptly. Very happy.

We are completely satisfied with the care provisions. All of the carers are really professional, helpful and friendly. They always inform us of any issues in a timely manner and they all seem really to enjoy their work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home to anyone else.
