Overall we have been very happy with the care provided. The carers have been efficient, thoughtful and friendly. Due to some niche equipment my husband uses and his particular needs it has been very helpful to have regular carers who can get used to the equipment and my husband's care needs.
Occasionally a new carer will come, who will need full instructions from myself and therefore it doesn't benefit me and doesn't really save me any time. I understand that sometimes due to holidays this is unavoidable.
I would like to particularly thank Matthew, Annie and Sophie who have stood out to us and we are always happy when it is one of them at the door. The other carers have all been helpful and friendly as well and I cannot fault their dedication and professionalism.
Timeliness is the only other area that we have had a few issues with, but we understand delays occur. However when other customers purposely overrun on their time I feel management needs to address this with the customer.

All the carers have been very efficient and friendly. They have been very professional, nothing ever seems to be too much for them.. They always ask if there is anything else they can do for you before they leave. They have definitely have helped my recovery. Really can't praise them enough, and
would happily recommend them.

Happy with the care given, couple of occasions where my father has said he is going out but he isn't. Please make the carers visiting him that he has currently undiagnosed dementia. Which is the reason for rhe care.

I am so impressed with Hales and in particular, Jessica.
Jessica visited us on the afternoon of my mother-in-law return home from a 12 day stay in hospital and patiently took details of her needs with an outcomes focused attitude to achieving what was best for her.
It was her attention to
detail which was remarkable, not just the things that must be done to keep M in L safe but the things that helped support her wellbeing.
The carers have all been polite and friendly, confidently making recommendations to support M in L care like night urine bags and Sara steady to aid her comfort and mobility.
The carers have involved M in L in her care, gaining consent to supporting her in a person-centered way and including her in any decisions.
We have access to M in L notes which are written with respect.
M in L has said she likes the carers and is happy with the care she receives from them.

Big help for me, it's taken pressure off me in the mornings with my husbands support. More than satisfied with the support. Pleased with the carers. Jess has been brilliant and is easy to talk to and knowledge is lovely, Jess has been so helpful within the process.

Jessica has been extremely helpful and kind. All the carers have been supportive and friendly and have made a really positive difference in their approach to care for my mother. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Excellent service all-round. Care workers are very professional, very patient and very caring. Background office staff are also excellent and very quick to respond to and fix any issues or problems. Excellent value for money!

I do not need 200 words to simply say that I am so impressed and happy with the genuine care and support Hales Care gives me. Having my carers makes my life as independent as possible.

My mother has been in your care for the past 18 months, she is most happy and settled, thanks to all your staff.
Just hope your group/staff are still around when it's my turn for help.
