I called Trinity Care following my elderly husbands's discharge from hospital after breaking his hip in a fall
They were very helpful in arranging for an assessment of my needs and I quickly had a care plan in place
The carers who supported us arrived promptly and all were competent though some
better than others,but all were very kind and sympathetic
Having the carers here allowed me some time to go out shopping etc and I was confident leaving my husband in their care

My experience of the Trinity Homecare package has resulting in a profound and most beneficial effect on my lifestyle. Being fiercely independent, they have monitored my capabilities and kept a discrete watch on my health. The care staff are professional and cheerful in their demeaner, always on hand
to help and advise. I welcome their presence and companionship and take comfort knowing that I'm in safe hands.

My father urgently needed in home care and a friend of the family recommended Trinity. As we were new to this service our family were a little anxious. However, right from the very first meeting we had Trinity were super attentive, professional and rapid in providing peace of mind and care resources
to support my fathers needs.
The care team were all wonderful caring and friendly people building a very good and trusting rapport with my father, treating him with great dignity too. As his care needs changed, Trinity's Management Team and Carers were agile in stepping up to support my fathers needs. I cannot speak highly enough about Trinity, our family are so grateful for their wonderful work.

Trinity has provided a highly professional and friendly service for my mum. The carers are warm, friendly, attentive to the care plan and a huge help to mum. They respond promptly to any changes and with efficiency. Exceptional.

My mother has benefitted from live-in 24/7 care from Trinity for the last 18 months, starting after a spell in hospital. The whole process has been a positive experience, with two very professional, caring carers over that time. Her needs have been met, she has been well looked after with
compassion. The area manager is also very professional and offers a high quality service, frequently checking in with mum, visiting her and mantaining good communication with me regarding mum's care. I have no hesitation in recommending Trinity for their service.

My mother had visiting care from Trinity for some years. After a recent spell in hospital she needed a good deal of short-term extra care, which was excellent, and has now moved to live-in care. We were rather anxious, but it is working out exceptionally well, both in terms of the quality of the
care and the companionship. We're grateful to Trinity for sorting it out so quickly and easily.

My brother is disabled and dependent upon full time live-in care. We have been working with Trinity over the past few months and throughout that journey they have gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure that the care he receives is outstanding. The focus has been on providing a comprehensive
package for my brother to enable him to live his life as near normal as possible. The care has been exceptional from the carers and the care manager has always been on hand to help us overcome huge challenges at times. Communication has been excellent and the manager goes the extra mile to support both my brother and myself. The carers are reliable, trustworthy and considerate to my brother at all times and they always go beyond what is expected to support him respecting his dignity and choices. Live-in carers do a remarkable job and my brother now benefits from using a small network of carers from Trinity that support him in everyway. A huge thank you to the care manager and carers.

Trinity have been looking after my Mum since she returned home after a stroke in 2021. I have always been very grateful to know that the care she receives is personalised and thoughtful. She enjoys the company of all the staff who visit her and we appreciate the opportunity to regularly review how
things are going so that we can make things work most effectively.
I have been particularly impressed how different carers have suggested ideas of how to make life easier and more comfortable stemming from their experience with other clients. They always work with the utmost respect for Mum (and her family carers) and show deep commitment and loyalty to those they work with.
The admin team are always available and have been very flexible when unforeseen events occur and appointment times have needed to be modified. Being able to use the app to see when appointments are scheduled and what has occurred is a definite plus as well.

My mum is 93 and has lived on her own for several years after dad died. I live 250 miles away and my brother is 100 miles away so we relied on neighbours who have been helpful beyond belief. It came to a point where mum needed more assistance so we approached Trinity Homecare who recommended the
live-in carer option as mum wanted to stay in the house she has lived in for nearly 40 years. The carer has developed a nice relationship with mum and it is good to know that she has regular company. It is also a relief to me that she is happy and well cared for.

We have been incredibly fortunate to have Trinity Homecare look after Dad. The carers are excellent and look after him with great care. At times of illness, the carers have gone above and beyond sitting with Dad for hours and nursing him. The Manager is always available if we need any assistance and
visits often to check Dad is happy. Trinity Homecare have without doubt enriched Dad's life.

The care staff are punctual, consistent and reliable. They are very willing to support my parents with appropriate activities and equally happy to support them emotionally by befriending them.
The office staff are professional, listen well and responsive to issues when (and if they arise).
It is
very good to know that we and my parents have consistent care by those regularly visiting the house and the office staff..

My Mum has been a client for over two years. In that time she has been looked after extremely well with morning and evening carers. We greatly appreciated that she had the same carer 13 mornings out of 14 and just two different carers in the evening. The support from the office was immense and they
were always available should we have a query. We have nothing but praise for Trinity.

Trinity Homecare looked after my Mum in her home after she was diagnosed with Dementia. Mum was apprehensive at first at the thought of carers coming into her home but soon saw them as friends rather than carers and really enjoyed their visits. Mum is now in a care home but regularly asks how the
carers are and I would recommend Trinity Homecare to anyone who is looking for care for their older relatives.

During the month in question we expanded and changed the pattern of attendance in an endeavour to meet the more challenging needs presented. We increased the number of daytime hours and introduced cover which served the hours from 22-00 hours to 07-00 hours. Trinity Care responded to these needs
immediately and, wherever possible, endeavoured to provide continuity of personnel. At all times the care provided was tailored to need, caring, thoughtful and compassionate. As well as the carers who attended, those who managed and administered the care were also caring, thoughtful and immediate in response. This was particularly true when matters took a more serious turn and immediate additional support was needed.

My husband has been a client of Trinity Homecare since December 2022. Overall, we have experienced a good level of service since that time. Most of the carers who provide care for my husband are kind, courteous and professional, as are senior staff.
However, both my husband and I feel that the
service we get could have been excellent if we had regular carers. We understand and accept there are times when this is not possible. However, of late we are getting told a certain carer is assigned for my husband's care, only to find it being changed at the very last minute, we find this disruptive and unacceptable.
