I cannot praise this company enough. My Dad who has dementia has been looked after by them for the last 12 months, after receiving below par care from other companies.
However, I am pleased to say this company are different. All the carers really do care. It is clear they are well trained and happy
in their role and not just 'doing a job'.
They have built up great relationships with my Dad and enjoy the time they spend with him, despite some of his grumpy/stubborn ways.
They go over and above what is expected of them and have on some occasions stayed behind over their shift if my Dad was not well and paramedica have been called.
I would recommend them 100%. Thank you so much for caring for Ken.

I've been really impressed with how kind & attentive the carers at Brambles have been towards my husband. They take the time to listen and treat my husband with real respect and warmth. Their care has made a difficult situation much easier for the whole family

Bramble Home Care have been reliable, professional and genuinely supportive from the start. The care provided has been consistent and thoughtful and all of the carers who have helped me are always friendly and do everything I need them to do for me.

Bramble Home Care have been fantastic in caring for & supporting my Dad. They are approachable, friendly and genuinely caring and its clear they take pride in the standard of care the provide. Their support has given myself and my parents real peace of mind and I would not want to be without them.

All the ladies that helped my mother were lovely and we could always look at my mother's paperwork to find out what she had been like. They always had time for her and helped with popping to the chemist or dropping things off at the doctors.
Cannot rate them any better. Thank you to you all.

All the carers are kind, caring and friendly to my mum. She enjoys seeing them all and I have found the ladies in the office very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
One tiny little niggle is when a carer visits mum earlier in the afternoon than the time stated on the rota, when we take mum out we
aim to return her in time for her carer and if the carer arrives early it does cause a worry for them and mum but generally we are very pleased with Bramble Home Care and happy with how they look after mum.

What a fantastic crew of carers from the office staff to the brilliant compassionate and dedicated crew who look after our every need with plenty of smiles too.
I am eternally grateful to be surrounded by such precious gems.

Our young carer is competent and efficient. My Husband has complete confidence in her. Friendly and cheerful in the morning, very will and patient.

From the word go from the first review sounded promising and managed to turn out better than promised and cannot fault anybody for their bedside manner and caring attitude. Marks out of 10, I would give 11, because they were there when needed without quibble.
