I can't thank the carers and the office managers enough for their outstanding help with dad recently. They have gone over and above everything and I could honestly say I couldn't have coped with the situation we were in without them. They have all been amazing xx

We have been using Helping Hands for just 1 week to provide care and cleaning services for my father. Dad loves having a lovely clean home and can't speak highly enough of the woman who has been cleaning for him, it's enabling to live in his own home with dignity. He is also receiving week day
visits to ensure he has eaten and taken medication. He is already getting to know the main carer, who comes 3 days a week and enjoys chatting with him. The service is flexible and caring. As I don't live locally it has been such a relief to me to have someone checking in on dad and helping him maintain his independence.

I am an 'interested' person and I think the awareness of the staff and the overall level of their ability to converse on a range of subjects is a big psychological plus. There was some, inevitable, variation in their handling the feeding machine but this has improved. Their reliability generally is
indisputable.

I have been receiving care home Helping Hands for the past 9 months, previous and post knee surgery. All the carers have always been punctual and very flexible in terms of different tasks, some carers are versatile and help with tasks which I can't manage. Checking things are ok. It is always a
pleasure to see the cares who have become friends.

I had home visits daily for about 6/7 weeks, 3/4 hour calls to help me shower and dress after I was fitted with a temporary catheter in A&E. The assigned regular carer was very experienced and helpful. They helped me to cope with a difficult situation and to get back into a routine.

Helping Hands visit my 90 year old mother six lunchtimes each week and have been doing so since September 2022. My widowed mother has vascular dementia and mobility problems, I put out a request on our local Facebook community page for recommendations for help and I received a couple of very good
reviews about Helping Hands. In the first instance someone from Helping Hands visited my mother and me to discuss her needs, which primarily involved preparing her main meal of the day. I purchase frozen microwave meals which needed to be heated up, as my mother was unable to follow the instructions. Every 6 months a safeguarding visit is made to ensure that my mother is happy with the service. All the staff are wonderful and my mother looks forward to their visit. The office staff are very professional and helpful and do a wonderful job in sorting out the rota each week and making modifications when emergency appointments arise. There is a website were you can read the carers comments about each visit.

We have been using Helping Hands Home Care (Maidstone) for a number of years now and cannot praise them enough, the level of service and attention to detail is second to none. Our regular carer is really great and my wife, who has Dementia, looks forward to her weekly visits. Despite her condition,
they do have some laughs together, as I do with her as well. Our carer is always respectful and fully understanding of my wife's needs and has been a great help to us both. I would go as far as saying she now feels like one of the family and I would have no hesitation in recommending Helping Hands to anyone who is considering a care organisation.

I am disabled and find Helping Hands are exactly that, the ladies are kind and cheerful and make you feel better as soon as they arrive, making sure you are comfortable before they leave.

We are very pleased with the reliable service provided by "Helping Hands". The care assistant who visits us on a weekly basis is very understanding and relates very well to my husband (who has dementia). She treats him with dignity and we feel that the management at "Helping Hands" assessed our
needs very accurately and took trouble to find a care assistant who would be a good match with us and meet our needs.
