I can't thank the staff and management enough for their help and support during a difficult time. My father looked forward to their visits so much.

I have been impressed and reassured by the care given by Home Instead - both by the carers and the office team. It is good to know that I can approach them at short notice and be accorded a quick response.
It is especially pleasing that the same regular carers are in attendance - but with a few
additional ones now and again to keep things interesting! They have got to know my parents very well and can deal with all aspects of their care in an adaptable and versatile manner so that all their needs are considered.
My parents look forward to seeing them everyday and it is a relief to me and my family to know they are being well cared for.

Home Instead have been an amazing care provider for my mum who has vascular dementia. They go above and beyond to help patients and families. Most importantly they try to send the same carers and are understanding of how important this is! There is one particular carer who has worked so hard with my
mum. She is extremely experienced with dementia and has helped my mum into a routine that is so important to a dementia patient. Thanks to her and all her support my mum no longer suffers the anxiety she used to suffer so often, she is calm and is happy and comfortable. For my mum to totally accept and trust someone other than me and my sister is amazing! Thank you for being an outstanding carer, we couldn't have done it without you! And well done Home Instead for helping us make mum happy!

After having a fairly traumatic hip revision, I felt that I needed some extra help. I was recommended Home Instead by a friend. I have now been given the choice of some really lovely carers who are kind caring and discreet. I would have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead to anyone needing
some good professional personal care.

The quality continues into another year for Mum under Home Instead. The team always provide superb and consistent care to assist Mum daily. Not only this but they also provide wonderful help to myself as a family member and caregiver to Mum. To be without them would be a significant downfall in the

From the first phone call I made to Home Instead, I felt reassured. All the office staff I’ve spoken to have been helpful, friendly and approachable. The carers have provided excellent help and support to both my parents, following the care plan put in place. I like being able to use the app to see
what has been done in the most recent visit. The carers were there when there was a power outage, and came to the rescue making phone calls to get the power back on. Home Instead has given me peace of mind, when I can’t make the 150-mile round trip.

I am happy with the care package being provided and more importantly, the client is happy. The carers are friendly and adaptable. The supervisors are easy to contact. The app allowing me to view visit notes is also convenient.

Following an initial needs assessment, which was sensitively undertaken by the deputy care manager, Home Instead [West Leics and Market Bosworth] has proved to be nothing short of helpful, reliable, supportive, and reassuring in terms of the care provided for my elderly and frail parents. That
reassurance, not to mention the 'peace of mind' which flows from it, has been much valued given that I live some distance away from my parents.
To summarise, Home Instead [West Leics and Market Bosworth] 'does exactly what it says on the tin'. Its staff have certainly helped my parents to achieve their objective of living, independently, in their own home, for as long as they possibly can. For that reason, I am most grateful to the staff at Home Instead [West Leics and Market Bosworth]. Thank you.

After only a short period of time, the care providers have been excellent in looking after my sister and not only organising for a doctor's home visit but putting in place suitable aids to improve her general mobility. My sister is much happier having ladies to chat to which is an added bonus. So
much has been achieved in such a short space of time. Our grateful thanks go to the field care supervisor and her team.

I have been nothing but impressed with Home Instead from my very first phone call when my family didn't know where to turn. Everyone has given their time so freely and works in a very professional manner. The speed with which care for my mother was arranged was also very much appreciated. Home
Instead has given us back some control in an ever-changing situation - a lady living with dementia, who doesn't feel she needs care. The ladies who are caring for my mum are doing a splendid job in attending to her daily needs and restoring order and a routine to the house. From what I have seen, they are very friendly and are willing to chat with her as well as complete the list of tasks which they have to do, this is so important as she lives alone. Thank you, Home Instead, for the peace of mind that you have given us and the kind and efficient care, which you are giving to our Mum.

The carers are very caring, and thoughtful. Our experience has been that the individuals have been willing to assist any way they can, they are all very lovely people that we have had. They are all easy to get on with and get on well with us.

Every effort is made to ensure the caregivers are a good match, communication is excellent and when unforeseen circumstances arise there is flexibility

We, the family, and especially me, the eldest daughter could not manage without Home Instead. As dad has got older and needs more help it has been easy to increase the visits and the care levels. The care and carers are superb. Dad likes and feels comfortable with all the members of staff that he
has met. Communication between Home Instead and myself is easy and efficient. Taking dad to appointments, and also outings is especially helpful. I would definitely recommend Home Instead.

The team at Home instead are outstanding and I have found them super supportive when establishing a care schedule for my mum. The team put in a huge amount of effort when meeting Mum in the first instance to find out about her and her life /likes and dislikes to match Mum with a suitable choice of
carers. The hardest part of finding care for your parent is making sure that the person entering your loved one's home is somebody they will like and get on with, feel safe with and most of all - enjoy the visits. The first step is the hardest but two years on Mum is like a different person as the companionship, meal provision and cleaning have made such a difference to her days! Great interaction is paramount to a healthy mind whilst ensuring that nutrition, hydration, and cleanliness in the home supports my mum in staying in her own home to keep her independence. The ladies that look after Mum are fabulous! Great choice of personalities do genuinely care. Thanks to all!

Home Instead (West Leicestershire & Market Bosworth) have been a breath of fresh air for my family. They really do look after my uncle who has dementia and nothing is too much for them. They always keep in touch with us and advise when a new carer is visiting. Would recommend them to anyone!
