My daughter has been supported by Realise for five years. They have always and continue to deliver exceptional person-centred care. The communication between myself and Realise is transparent and regular. There has been one occasion where I reached out to the manager, and my concerns were
immediately addressed. I'm proud to inform people Jessy is supported by Realise.

The team supporting my autistic son have been absolutely outstanding. They have ensured he continues to enjoy an active and fulfilling life and they consistently adapt their approach to meet his SEN and communication needs. They have created a safe and fun and stimulating home environment that
allows him to access the local community at his own pace, while also helping him to overcome his anxieties.
Their patience, creativity and understanding have made a huge difference to his well being and confidence. Communication with us as parents has been excellent. We always feel included.

Steve has been cared for by Realise for several years now, and we have always been so grateful for his amazing team. They always have his best interests at heart and each member of his team brings something different into Steve's life. As I age it gives me the reassurance that there will always be a
wonderful team of people to care for my son, enabling him to live his best life possible.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of care being provided. The management team are really on top of all aspects of his care arrangements. His small team who provide one to one care is truly outstanding. Our son has had several emergency medical challenges over the recent past. His team acted
so professionally and were complimented by the paramedics and hospital staff which is testament to how well they performed. The team endeavor to find stimulating activities and one of his team took him to an activity centre for a few days which must have been so exhausting for her but so wonderfully enjoyable for our son. Our son is very happy in his home, and we are so relived and contented with his care. If we have any concerns they are quickly resolved.
