My mum has been using the services of Raza Homecare for 8 years and has never had any major concerns. They provide cover when her carer is on leave or off sick.
Mum is very happy with her carer who cooks and cleans for her, arranges GP appointments, takes her to the hospital, books the taxi, and
any other tasks or needs mum may have.

I am so happy with Raza Home Care. It has given me my life back! The entire team, from the owner to the carers, is very professional, caring and friendly. It listens and adapts to our needs and goes beyond duty to help us. I also get advice on how to manage the challenges we face. It has become part
of our family, don't know what I would do without it. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic service was needed 24 hours for my mother and urgently, then the very next day we had two careers in place.
Thank you, Raza also before 24-hour care we had daily one-hour care for our mother, always on time and very friendly to mum.

We have had hell for 3 years from a previous company so I've been so worried. Can honestly say, this Company has restored my faith. The carers are kind, understanding and very patient. Always within the times on the care plan. Speak to my Nan with respect, lots of praises etc. The owner is very
professional but always with a personal touch. Always happy to discuss things and adapt the care plan to meet our needs. I feel that we have been listened to and the care given is 100%. The only thing I would like to change would be, the carers recording system. Raza Home Care use a digital recording and at present, the family have no access to this information. I like to read the daily recordings myself but we do have cameras and 'more than happy' with what I've seen. It would be nice to have access to the 'Birdie' system though. Overall, our allocated carers are very kind, caring, understanding ladies who have shown my Nan, the upmost respect. Defo recommend Raza Home Care.
