For almost six years, two carers of RS Holistic Care have not only looked after my wife with care and attention, they have offered timely advice and contacted the surgery and district nurses on her behalf. We both owe them a great debt for their kindness and compassion throughout.

Very reliable carers, on time, unless held up in traffic.
The carers are very kind and helpful and do their jobs well.

I would definitely tell people about your service if I lived in your area. Unfortunately, I am not able to recommend you to anyone but I am more than happy with the level of care shown to my mother. Thank you for all you do.

Very helpful when I first came out of the hospital, but now I can almost do everything for myself.

Staff make nice poached eggs for breakfast. Staff are very prompt and kind.

Very helpful - usually ask, "What else can I do to help?".
I feel they are interested in me as a person and are not controlled by a rigid agenda ie willing to do any task which needs doing.

Heritage Healthcare has enabled my 97-year-old mother to remain in the comfort of her own home. They are all extremely kind, patient and have helped during difficult times, in fact saving her life on one occasion when my mother was found unconscious. Following which, during her stay in the
hospital, two of the Heritage Healthcare staff visited her as friends - how kind. We also appreciate that she has the same two carers visiting which enables continuity of care and they can raise concerns with me if they foresee any problems.

My experience is that the carers care are helpful and take into account how I am and do their best to help me.
They are friendly and approachable. So this helps.

The three principal carers over this time have been reasonably punctual, given genuine support and courtesy for my wife. They have been generous with their time where necessary.
They have shown extra care and real compassion on the more difficult days.
I am pleased.

Mum has been very happy with the care agency. They are so helpful and polite always happy to call if mum is running short of shopping or personal needs.

Heritage are extremely reliable and look after my father with great care. They treat him with dignity and are friendly and helpful.
Details of every visit are properly recorded and we are informed immediately of any issues related to dad's health and medication.
He has built a good relationship
with the carers, some of whom have been visiting him since the care started in January 2017. The carers always leave the house tidy and secure and do any washing up needed.
The manager telephones me regularly and makes appointments for a doctor to visit dad is she is concerned about any health issues. We are confident in Heritage and know that dad is being properly cared for during Heritage's morning and evening visits. The family look after dad other times of the day.

Happy with the service, staff very friendly and caring. It's nice only having a couple of carers as this gives consistency to my father.
