We have generally been very happy and pleased with the service and care given by SureCare. They were very able to put my father at ease and to attend to his needs with dignity. The carers have always been very willing to do extra house chores (light) if asked. We have always found the office staff
to be available and helpful whenever we have had need to contact them. Any issues that we have had to raise have been attended to and resolved promptly. Thank you.

I have been using SureCare since September 2023. I am very happy with care I receive. All carers are fantstic always ready to help. I have chats with them frequently and I enjoy.

I am very satisfied with the care and service I get from SureCare. The carers are professional and carry out their duty with good care and discipline. Very observant will bring to my notice if there is any problem with the body parts which I cannot see directly.

My carers are kind and caring. Some can't cook english breakfast but they learn. I can't thank the care team enough as they provide a wonderful service and I feel very cared for.

I joined Surecare on 7th January, 2023 and it has been a great ongoing experience. The carers make me feel valued and supportive. They are passionate, hard working, professional and dedicated. I have not, for one moment, regretted using the care company.

We are extremely happy with the service we receive, and have received for the last 11 months.
All the carers and office staff are extremely kind and helpful, putting the clients first.
We are particularly happy with the main carer we have had since the beginning, continuing the rehab that was
started in the care home.

Our regular carer, who comes weekly to my mum, is fabulous. She is so helpful, eager, and friendly. She has been coming for six weeks now, and helps with showering, dressing, changing bedclothes etc, and we never feel as if the visit is rushed.
My mum looks forward to her visit.

We used SureCare for my mother who was let down by them very badly. They cancelled her care without even informing either me or my mother and left it to the social worker to break the news. I dread to think what would have happened if my mum had been left to deal with this alone. They ignored my
email requesting an explanation. If you are looking for some reassurance that this company actually care for your loved ones, I would go elsewhere, as they simply don’t.

Towards the end of 2023, Surecare started to provide a weekly visit to my mum to help her around the home. They have been reliable, and responsive and communication has been good. I haven't met any of the carers but mum has no complaints.
I am very glad Mum is getting this support and relieved as
it takes some of the pressure off me. I would recommend this agency.

Nice girls but some can't cook. I have to tell them every little thing. Done very slow. Management get mixed up which carers to come, but all very willing. Some need more training.

Good, reliable care team. My mother is looked after well with empathy and consistent daily care. The manager is very approachable and always happy to help my mother's care and wellbeing run smoothly and efficiently.

SureCare Hillingdon started to provide care service for my mother on 3rd April 2017. I found all care workers introduced to me experienced and qualified.
Office staff are always friendly and helpful.
Management is reachable and responsive. Cannot be more satisfied with the service.
