Absolute have been wonderful with my father. They stepped in at short notice as his Alzheimer's was accelerating and we couldn't have been happier with the care he received. All the carers were genuinely caring and professional, friendly faces for Dad to look forward to chatting to. Very good
communication from Fiona and Jenette too at the end of the 'phone. Can wholeheartedly recommend them. A big thank you to Absolute Home Care.

Absolute have been providing care for my father for the past few years.
Following a broken pelvis, he now receives daily personal care together with household help for my mother.
We are now having to transition to a new care package due to my mother being hospitalised.
Fiona has been
instrumental in defining what will be required and has implemented this with expediency and flexibility.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Absolute to anyone requiring care for loved ones.

My mother has had the care for 3 1/2 years. The whole team are exceptional and demonstrate professionalism, compassion and a genuine commitment in supporting mum and the wider family. Care givers are punctual and respectful of Mum's home. Any queries are answered promptly with sensitivity. Thank
you. We have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

After an awful experience with 4 previous companies, I was apprehensive about trying a 5th. I needed not to worry. From day one, service has been almost impeccable. The only real issue has ever been running out of wet wipes when not told that carers had taken the last pack.
Staff are friendly,
knowledgeable and very caring.
A relief when they walk through the door. Even my dog loves them coming in! And he can be very fussy. I cannot praise or recommend Absolute Home Care enough.

By way of background I supply the following, approx. 2 years ago following a fall, the services of Absolute Home Care were employed. My partner had been diagnosed with dementia in Sept 2022. The services by Absolute Home Care Kent have been excellent in all respects and is reflected in the answers
